"Great experience"
Very well located, wonderful breakfast, wonderful and helpful staff specially Marcel (breakfasts), Fiorella and Elizabeth.
"Everything you expect from Premier with super connectivity to explore London with ease."
Fab location 2 minutes from Earls Court Tube on on the Circular line, and 10 minute walk to Gloucester road tube which gave access to more tube lines . It's right on the edge of Zone1, without the price tag of some.of the more "central" hotels. All the usual standards you expect from Premier Inn met - comfy beds, exceptionally clean, friendly staff. This hotel was also really quiet given its cental London Zone 1.
"Good location"
The only thing going for this hotel is the location. Management need to improve on cleaning the rooms and communal areas better, train the staff to do their job and smile every now and then. The hotel is looking very tired, the staff are overworked and the quality of the food is cheap. I will not use this Premier inn again when I stay in London
"Overall a fair stay for money"
So, this is a good point for sleepover near the museum area (South Kensington) a 15 min walk. I had issues with staff not being able to find solutions when their payment system was down. They struggled to provide me the room and i had to raise my voice to make it clear this is not my fault and they need to find a solution. Other than that, breakfast was good, the staff in that area very nice. The room was clean, comfy, the downside is the fact we didn't had a mobile shower and the room air was not fresh, depending on circulating air (which made weird noises).
"Room disappointing"
We booked a family room but got a standard room with 2 pull out beds squeezed in. No room to move in the room and only one chair. The only window opened up to a view of a wall. Rooms are dated and carpet needs updating and deep clean. Staff are pleasant , and breakfast was good. Location is excellent for connecting with public transport.
