"Convenient and quiet . . ."
This branch of Premier Inn is ideally located for Earls Court station being just a five minute walk away. Our room was comfortable and quiet but we were disappointed that the secondary glazing had been crudely sealed shut with a Phiips screw. Once this had been removed we were able to enjoy some fresh air. The continental breakfast was adequate but quite a few items advertised on the menu were missing, for example porridge. Overall I would stay at this hotel again in the future.
"Not the best"
Lady on reception was flying solo, there and covering the bar. Other staff when I did see anyone were quite abrupt. Dinner was basic and breakfast was cold and dry. There is however good food places on the high street which is close. So if you just need a bed all ok there had a good nights sleep, just wish I’d not eaten in the hotel.
"A value for money hotel at great area"
The room was clean and comfortable. One problem is that there are only UK type power supply plugs. Although the ventilation and the air condition was good I would like to have the capability to open the window. The breakfast was good and plenty but everyday the same that became boring (we stayed 7 days). If your room is at the second building it is a challenge to go from reception to the room. Since we were a family with small children it was like a game for the kids but for elder people or families with very small children is a bit difficult.
"Kind and efficient staff"
We would like to thank the kind staff of the Premier Inn at Earls Court for their superb level of service and assistance, especially for locating an item we had left behind. There is also a very welcome supply of chilled water for self-service in reception. The location was perfect for all our activities.
"Lovely base for a London getaway."
A lovely base to explore London from, we walked a fair bit but with three children we did need to use public transport too. Natural History Museum is easily walking distance, Earl’s Court station literally around the corner and a bus stop 5 minutes away. Definitely recommend anybody to stay here!!
