"Excellent hotel with the best team."

This hotel is perfect for families. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and always willing to help. Marcela is a true professional and we will never forget her kindness and support when our daughter sprained her ankle. The location is ideal, in a quiet neighbourhood with excellent transport links to the rest of the city. The room was perfect for a good night's rest, and everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast served in the bar was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone. Once again, thank you to the entire Premier Inn team. We will definitely be back.

"Not the biggest family room, but great hospitality"

A special mention must go to Dawn, who truly made our stay memorable. She went above and beyond, offering incredible local knowledge and acting as our personal tour guide. Her warm and helpful attitude made her a pleasure to deal with. The hotel’s location is also fantastic—Earl’s Court station is less than a five-minute walk away, which made sightseeing effortless. The air conditioning in the room was ideal for the hot weather. We loved the great breakfast selection and the nice variety of restaurant food. The common areas were consistently clean and tidy. It was also very convenient that reception offers a taxi ordering service. We stayed in a family room which was smaller than expected. Upon arrival, we noticed the bedding on one of the beds was wet. However, this was sorted promptly. It is a decent place to stay, but keep the room size in mind if traveling with family.

"Great location and experience for a family visit to London"

We stayed there for 7 nights and it was great. Stuff were very friendly, the room was clean and breakfast was good. I loved the location as it's in zone 1 and just 5 minutes from Earl's Court but it;s not loud at this hotel
