London Kensington (Earl's Court) hotel

I may well have paid over the odds for one night on that particular date. I didn't question it, but maybe should have done. With that said though, I was greeted nicely by Dawn and her co member on arrival. I had a leg injury so they found me a more accessible room on a lower floor with less walking distance. Great large clean room with a fresh bathroom. No mini fridge though, but no bother as it was only for one night. Good breakfast selection for the extra charge even though I didn't get the most out of it with little appetite. Put my bag in secure storage on check out. Came back later and saw the most lovely Dawn, had a drink in the bar and departed. All in all, bar the high price a superb one night stay.

Ideal location,not too busy for family breaks. Rooms on the small side but clean and comfortable. No noise issues.The restaurant service was polite, prompt and friendly. We enjoyed all our meals. Staff were outstanding- every single one. Great with children and they were welcomed. Overall a very positive experience , I would stay again. The public toilets downstairs need a revamp but were clean and well stocked. Check in was swift and the lady we met with was a true professional. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay!

Very nice hotel. Location is 5 minutes walk from Earl’s Court Station. Got a good breakfast (just don't expect top notch) comfy beds and necessary amenities. It’s comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful - which made all the difference. Honestly, very good people work there. For the price you pay i doubt you can find a better alternative. I gave it 4 stars because the rooms could be slightly cleaner and the shower head being fixed is limiting for families with kids. The place is generally quiet but you can hear the underground cars sometimes as the line go just below the hotel. All in all a good experience. Recommended.

We stayed here after going to the Royal Albert Hall. It's about a 15 minute walk from the venue and we chose Premier Inn as you know what you're getting (comfy bed, decent facilities and good breakfast) . The rooms were a little tired and the bathroom could have done with a bit of bleach. However the staff made up for it. They were friendly, helpful and polite. The breakfast staff in particular worked incredibly hard and always had a smile on their faces.

Was brillant, very close to underground and bus routes. The staff were on hand all the time, room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.
