London Kensington (Earl's Court) hotel

Hands down, without question, the worst Premier Inn we've ever had the misfortune of staying in. Sat in the restaurant. Ordered an orange and lemonade. Lemonade arrived solo. Pointed out the rather obvious omission, and off they went to rectify it. What followed was a ten minute expedition involving two staff members and the manager, all apparently searching for the mythical beast known as orange juice. The bar and restaurant, I should mention, was practically empty. Not exactly a Friday night rush. Ordered our main. Asked for vinegar. In a restaurant. You know, that place where food is served. Off the three of them went again, presumably with a map and a compass. Ten minutes into eating my meal, still no vinegar. I had to flag the woman down myself to ask. "No, we can't find any." In a restaurant. Extraordinary. Next morning, I asked if they'd had any luck locating the rare and elusive vinegar, helpfully suggesting that if not, I'd happily bring my own that evening to spare them the trouble. Then asked the manager (same chap from the night before, naturally) to please make sure our room was serviced. He made a note of it. In front of me. With a pen. Returned at the end of the day to find the "please make up my room" card still dangling on the door. Room untouched. No fresh towels. Nothing. Back to reception, where a suitably vacant staff member offered the masterclass in accountability: "oh sorry, he must have forgotten." An absolute shambles from start to finish. Highly recommended if you're after an authentic Fawlty Towers experience and fancy watching Basil and Manuel try to locate condiments in real time. Never again.

Stayed many times, excellent location, clean ,comfortable and very quiet rooms! But most of all great service, thank you Elizabeth!

Lovely warm welcome. Turned up early and got early check in sorted very kindly by Elizabeth. Amazing location and great for business travel.

Bathroom got completely flooded whilst showering. We noticed the bottom of the door was water logged so had obviously happened before. Late at night after a very long day in London, we Had to pack up and move to a room across the road late at night with shampoo still on head. I was mortified. We walked over a link corridor and had to take another lift to Top floor furthest away room. Tiny and very cold. Then discovered no hot water! After a very cold shower to get the shampoo off, I was awake most of the night due to the noise coming from the air vent. Next morning I was ill and so very tired. What an awful experience
