"Awful night sleep - dated hotel"
Awful stay and night sleep Was woken at 4.30am with the room vibrating and shaking (glasses and spoons rattling) which did not stop until I decided to get up at 6am!! This was not the regular train that passes by but a significant noise coming from a plant room /air con unit or similar Called reception twice to report the issue but no maintenance in the building till 9am? This is a very dated and basic Premier inn for what it costs Avoid room 117 I won’t be staying again
"Cleaner walking in on me before check out without knocking."
I was in the middle of getting ready to check out in a hours time. Whilst I was standing in my knickers and bra doing my makeup in the mirror next to the door, the cleaner didn’t knock or say anything and just opened the door whilst staring in. I got the biggest fright and thought this was so inappropriate, she then just shut the door and walked away. I wasn’t pleased so I complained to the reception team and just got an apology. Above the shower there was also mould growing.
"Perfect stay experience"
We had a great experience staying here, the room are great, service also great and the breakfast is amazing, thanks to elizabeth the receptionist.
"High cost and small rooms, try different hotel"
Rooms were very small at a high price. There are better hotels at same or cheaper prices. Reception was not very good as digital check in points do not work and takes a while for reception staff to process everyone.
"stay was great at Earls Court"
Not the first time we've stayed at Earls Court and have never been disappointed. Staff are friendly, extremely helpful and polite. Lovely to see Dawn again, who always goes above and beyond and is extremely knowledgeable. Always professional and her advice is always well received. Excellent location, near to underground and easy to get to the West End and London sights. Food excellent at the hotel but there are local restaurants. Walking distance to shops and places of interest ie The V & A, natural History Museum and Harrods. Also there's A lovely Catholic Church not far from the V&A. From the Earls Court we moved on to two other Premiers, Wembley and then Euston. Wembley was ok but Euston (only good for 1 night and its location for station) was a great disappointment compared to Earls Court. Earls Court comes highly recommended, hopefully we'll return in 2026.
