"Room disappointing"
We booked a family room but got a standard room with 2 pull out beds squeezed in. No room to move in the room and only one chair. The only window opened up to a view of a wall. Rooms are dated and carpet needs updating and deep clean. Staff are pleasant , and breakfast was good. Location is excellent for connecting with public transport.
"Highly recommended!"
Excellent stay in a beautiful part of London, and close to Earls Court tube station. The staff eere very welcoming and helpful. We felt very safe in the surrounding area, and the streets were very clean.
"Very good value in great location."
Great value and great location. Earl’s Court Underground station very close. Excellent for families that don’t want to go too cheap nor too expensive. Staff is friendly.
"No aircon and possibly in breach of fire regulations if you’re a wheelchair user."
Staff are lovely, but accessible rooms are on the third floor with no obvious means to get wheelchair users out in the event of a fire, and the rooms are hotter than hell with no air conditioning.
"Premier inn, not what I expected."
On arriving though we arrived 30mins before 3pm they wanted an extra £15 for early room entry, we declined the kind offer and went for a coffee, only 1 lift working, a little hectic as several guests were arriving and all scrambling gor 1 lift. Room was quite basic, expected more from premier inn especially at the price we paid, bit grubby, no drawer space for clothes, not many plus points about the room, though the bed was comfy enough. Plus points about the hotel, though the breakfast was extra it was quite nice, good selection and hotel was close to tube station. Question is, would I stay here again ? Answer, no, not really.
