"well located hotel"
The hotel is near to underground and buses and main train stations are close too. With the meal deal for adults it includes the breakfast for kids but after staying many days, we have proved that it is no variance at all . Room cleaning is something important to improve, and the hotel needs that guests ask for it specifically every day. Also room cleaning could be better, as carpet has not been cleaned any of the days. Dinner was good but depends on the cooker that works on a day that the service is quick or slow (up to 1h we had to wait one night!).
"Premier Inn Comfort with Friendly Staff and Good Breakfast"
I stayed here for two nights while on a work trip. I didn’t spend much time in the room, but as expected with Premier Inn, it was clean, comfortable, and reliable. I was in a spacious room with a rail for hanging clothes and an iron available, which was handy. The bathroom was large as it was an accessible room — while that offered plenty of space, the bath was a bit awkward to get into, and it felt quite dark when the shower curtain was pulled across. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good — the buffet was regularly topped up, which was great to see, especially during busy periods. Sleep quality was solid. The room was quiet, and I only heard a bit of lift noise on the second night, which didn’t bother me too much. Overall, a comfortable and convenient base for a short London stay.
"A weekend in London"
This hotel is in a very good location and is close to Holborn station, it’s a perfect base to get around central London. The staff work hard and are very friendly. The room was on the small side but was generally clean apart from staining on the headboard and on the walls. My only main complaint about the room is that there was a lot of light shining through the curtains which woke me up very early each morning. I feel that floor to ceiling curtains would be more effective to black out the room. The air con in the room was great considering how hot and stuffy it was outside. The breakfast was very nice and there was plenty to choose from. We didn’t pre book breakfast and never had to queue for a table, even at peak times. Overall this hotel is very good. I would consider returning in the future if improvements are made to the curtains.
"Great location"
The hotel is in a nice area with many bus lines, Subway, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Family room was enough for 4 and children don't pay for breakfast (so it's like 50% discount - it worths it). I strongly recommend this accomodation!
"Poor family experience "
Location: very good location, close to public transportation to all main attractions and have several good restaurants within walking distance. Room: clean but not maintained well. Flickering lights, peeling furniture, very simple room. The bathroom is old and small, i'm 180 ( very average height) and i had to bend so I will not bump my head in the shower. We are a family of 4 and the room was extremely small with 1 double bed and 2 single beds pushed together there was no room to move. There is no sound proofing, we could hear everyone walking in the corridor and especially doors slamming from other rooms Team: the hotel team was nice and helpful as much as they could while the reception is also the room check and also the restaurant worker and the maintenance. There are no communication options with the reception, Everything needed from the team I had to come down to the reception ( that was not always manned) and ask for it. We asked several times to fix the flickering lights but in 8 days we have been there it was never fixed We have requested to replace the towels so they gave me towels but the old one was never taken. Breakfast: Very simple continental meal. It is factory food , It was ok. Very little options for allergies, as told , because it is factory prepared food there are no options for preparing special food for allergies. For example simple scrambled egg are made with milk, and cannot be made without. WiFi: horrible, extremely slow and sometimes signal drops. Hotel is no good for business, families. It can be good just for simple sight seeing and hitchhikers.
