    "Poor service, wont be back"
    A run down hotel.witb poor service. We stayed for 4 nights. After the first night, we asked for a room service, only to be told there werent enough staff on. After the second, we asked again. They told us it would be done, but we knew the staff werent listening, and sure enough, it wasnt done. We payed a lot of money and thought the hotel was poor value for money Breakfast wasnt really good enough either for the price. Overall a very poor hotel.
    "Great location and friendly staff"
    One night stay for our group and we had a great experience. We hoped for an early check-in but had to wait - which was absolutely fine. Great little Weatherspoons nearby so we waited there for our rooms to become available. Rooms were comfortable and clean with all the amenities you’d expect. We didn’t have breakfast but it seemed great value for money. A comfortable stay within walking distance to tube and conveniently located to Wembley.
    "Ideal for family occasions"
    When we have a family occasion with our last remaining relatives in north London, this hotel is ideally placed for us. Our total party occupy at least five rooms. We are able to get together in comfort and the whole experience enhances our stay. Staff were accommodating and friendly.

    Perfect reception and services. Special thanks to Ilenur & Amar for their kindness. Very good value for money, with car park, and Hendon subway station 2 steps away.
    "Weekend away"
    Good value for money on advance purchase; but rooms, lift and corridors are looking tired and worn out. Car park had at least a couple of vehicles that looked they had been abandoned there, and it seemed to be at near-full capacity. Room relatively basic: no facial tissues, and only supplied with one towel despite booked double occupancy, though to be fair, additional towels and instant beverages were easily available at reception. Comfortable bed was a redeeming feature. No complaints about staff helpfulness and friendless, at all. We didn't have any food, so can't comment on that.

    Our London Hendon hotel is just 30 minutes from central London by train. After a long day in the city, relax in style in our new generation bedrooms, featuring an impressive 40" flat screen TV, freshly-updated bathroom with large shower head, and brand new, slumber-inducing, bed. We're ideally located for Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena. Before taking in a game or concert, be sure to pay a visit to Wembley Park with its exciting range of bars and shops, including the London Designer Outlet where you can bag a few big name bargains. All before heading back to the hotel for a great night's sleep in that super comfy bed.
