"Nice room rubbish bar"
We booked this hotel as a cheap night before our flight early the next morning. The room was lovely apart from the view which we didn’t expect to have a view. They did put us and our family in rooms close by. I did request a travel cot in one room for our granddaughter but that wasn’t there when we got to our rooms despite being told it was there. It was resolved quickly. We went to the bar for a few drinks before our early night. They didn’t have Prosecco only in big bottles which they wouldnt open, they didn’t have the rose wine I selected from the menu and when we ordered 2 passion fruit martinis they wouldnt open the Prosecco for those either very disappointing and not the start we had hoped for for our holiday. Thank goodness for the BA lounge in T5

Very good experience. Stayed here a few times and been pleased every time. Would highly recommend to anyone. Only a short drive to terminal 6
"Disappointing experience"
Shower head not good at all where goes everywhere but straight down. Costa Cafe closing at 7pm??? Since when? I was at this hotel a few ko ths ago on 2 occasions and I Costa Coffee was open till late. Restaurant food prices not bad, however, portions were ridiculously small for what you pay for. Very very disappointing experience this time round. Will be looking elsewhere to stay next time.
"Comfy beds and easy access to T5"
Beds are comfy and foods are great. We stay during our transit. It was close to the airport and easy to get a taxi. We tried their pepperoni pizza and veggie burger. Which is awesome. It didn’t take much time to make the food and my kid enjoyed the pizza.
"Convenient place to stay near the airport"
Overall experience is good could have been better if we had given terminal view rooms. Next time if I am visiting the same one I would check that first. A bit disappointing with bathroom unsealed shower screen as ended up with a pool of water, which I wasn't expecting and to call someone middle of the night to sort that out.
