"Staff are so helpful especially Adriana she’s amazing"

"Short and Sweet"
We stayed in a Premier Plus room for about £60 for a quick stop-over following a flight into Heathrow. The room was very quiet and we slept well. There were good amenities and everything you'd expect from Premier Inn. Whilst there was a shuttle bus to the airport, there was a much cheaper option (London bus) across the road, which we found out about by chance, so was easy to get to Terminal 5 itself.

"Misleading Location Name"
Caution to anyone expecting this to actually be near T5, it isn’t. You have to catch a local bus to actually get to the airport. These were every 15 mins, but twice (once on going to the hotel and once on leaving) we had to wait for two busses as the busses were full. We were also there at quiet times. You also then have to pay for the bus. The marketing and name of this hotel is incredibly misleading. Especially for the price they charge!

Fatima made the experience for breakfast amazing especially with our little boy she made him feel so special as it’s his birthday
