"Great stay close to Heathrow"
I love premier inn when we come to the UK and this hotel didn't disappoint. I stay with my 3 children and they had 2 single beds made up and ready on our arrival. The room had plenty of space even with the extra beds. I'd recommend the food - we all really enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast in the morning, staff were really kind and friendly. Uber cost 26 pounds to terminal 5.
"School trip experience with staff allergies"
We used the inn on a school trip and it was super clean and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating, even when a student locked themselves out of their room after 5mins! I am coeliac and breakfast was so easy, and delicious with ample choice, with the staff giving me 1 -1 service to ensure there was no cross contamination. Highly recommend 👌 🙏

Great nights sleep, no plane noise and very accommodating for our school group (even when one room lost their key card). Bed was very comfy.
