"Stayed prior to flight"
Had a comfortable stay here, we stayed prior to flying the next day, as always the rooms are standard but comfortable and clean, quiet room and the facilities are good, ate in the bar but was disappointed to be told by the bar staff that a schweppes mojito mocktail contains alcohol? My definition of a mocktail was it did not contain alcohol and was a non alcoholic version of a cocktail, no one could give me an answer on it so apart from that all was good.
"Perfect location"
Great hotel, clean, comfortable, friendly. If you get there early, leave your bags and walk 5 mins down the road to a fabulous old pub
"A night before flying"
We stayed in the new Premier Plus Room, very comfortable, nice to have the extra seat area and a bit of extra space. Also a bonus for me a walk-in shower. All the staff were very friendly helpful and efficient we had food downstairs in the restaurant and our waitress Ranjeet was especially friendly and helpful.
"Bad experience"
Rude staff and especially the reception and unclean room with unclean toilet with a very bad smell plus very low quality of the food the breakfast qualityis so poor plus there's no room service.
"Nice room rubbish bar"
We booked this hotel as a cheap night before our flight early the next morning. The room was lovely apart from the view which we didn’t expect to have a view. They did put us and our family in rooms close by. I did request a travel cot in one room for our granddaughter but that wasn’t there when we got to our rooms despite being told it was there. It was resolved quickly. We went to the bar for a few drinks before our early night. They didn’t have Prosecco only in big bottles which they wouldnt open, they didn’t have the rose wine I selected from the menu and when we ordered 2 passion fruit martinis they wouldnt open the Prosecco for those either very disappointing and not the start we had hoped for for our holiday. Thank goodness for the BA lounge in T5
