"A perfect airport hotel - apart from a shortage of guest parking"
This Premier Inn is in an excellent location for onward travel to T5 in minutes and is deservedly popular for that reason. The Reception team were very helpful and welcoming, and the rooms were well up to the usual Premier Inn standard in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Pretty good value for money considering the prime location for Heathrow, too. Fast premium WiFi that actually worked was well worth the £5.00 extra. The issue here is the parking - there just isn't enough for the number of guests, and we didn't see anything about the barriers which ensured only Premier Inn visitors could access the car park. We were very fortunate to get the last space on the road outside. I'm not sure what Premier Inn can do about this due to its setting, but they could consider offering guests the chance to reserve a spot, at least.
"Average day at Premier Inn"
Average stay but air conditioning heating system wouldn’t heat the room as the room was too cool Internet wasn’t working don’t rely on your phone signal the phone signal was bad there to. Room was good clean and tidy food in the restaurant was okay just take out a mortgage if you need a beer maybe £7 a pint

Excellent customer service especially by Adrianna. I have been staying at T5 Premier Inn for the last 3 weeks on business. The majority of the time Adrianna checked me in. Adrianna is professional and extremely helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for your excellent customer service.
"Great premier inn"
We had a runway view in the prem plus room and they really have all you need. Beds are so comfy that a good night sleep is always had. Are in restaurant for evening meal and breakfast and were both good
"Great for airport"
Convenient and easy for terminal 5 at LHR. I naively assumed it was on the airport grounds itself, as it is at LGW. However, it was quick and easy to get an uber to the terminal. Great comfortable stay, lovely beds and great shower. Would recommend!
