"Efficient airport hotel - but maybe we could have parked better."
We had to choose a hotel near Heathrow to catch a flight the next day, and although done almost randomly we struck lucky, this one was excellent. We are used to the Premier Inn brand, but this was top of the range. Clean, air conditioned, peaceful & efficiently run. The room was particularly quiet even though Heathrow is so close. Plenty of aircrew were also using the hotel, as well as a broad range of customers. We took advantage of the meal deal rather than seeking out alternatives, and had no problem being seated when we wanted. In fact the only downside was limited parking (we were lucky & took the last official space). We might have done better to have parked the car a day early in the long term car park & used the shuttle bus on two days (which would also have saved us a day's ULEZ charge).
"Not disabled friendly"
I have stayed a few times here but it appears it has becone complacent and standards have slipped. The corridors are dirty and it's obvious they rarely get hoovered. The rooms are clean and tidy. I have a future booking and requested rooms near the lift area fur elderly and disabled family. I have emailed the hotel numerous times, no reply and I asked in person the other day to be told they can't allocate rooms. It seems this hotel is not a disability friendly hotel so avoid if you want help
"Good location for Terminal 5."
This was a very busy Premier Inn being very close to Terminal 5. However, the decor was a bit tired looking & looked as if it needed a bit of tlc. The paintwork was marked & the carpets were well worn or had stains in some areas. Our room was pleasant enough but again looked well worn with some marks on walls & carpet. On saying that the room was very clean & tidy. The bed was comfy & the shower was good with plenty of hot water. We had a reasonably good night's sleep considering we were so close to the airport & we're pleasantly suprised with the quality of the food we had in the restaurant bar area.
"Staff are so helpful especially Adriana she’s amazing"
Adriana at bath road terminal was an absolute superstar she is so helpful, kind and accommodating and helped me sort out everything I can’t thank her enough 🙂❤️
"Short and Sweet"
We stayed in a Premier Plus room for about £60 for a quick stop-over following a flight into Heathrow. The room was very quiet and we slept well. There were good amenities and everything you'd expect from Premier Inn. Whilst there was a shuttle bus to the airport, there was a much cheaper option (London bus) across the road, which we found out about by chance, so was easy to get to Terminal 5 itself.
