London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 hotel

This Premier Inn looks pretty industrial on the outside, but it's bright and clean on the inside. The staff is very friendly and helpful and if we had requested any help, I'm certain they would've remedied the situation immediately, as there were many around at all times. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfy. I did opt to use the two extra pillows that were stored in the closet area since the two on the bed looked flat and wrinkled. It was convenient to have food options and a decent parking lot, too. And the location is only 7 minutes from the car rental company we used.

Excellent staff, always willing to help. Specially Chrish from reception and Fatima from the restaurant. They truly are a good asset to your company!

Convenient location 2 bus stops from Heathrow T5, quick to get to. Very helpful & friendly staff. Size of room adequate for 1 night stay for a family of 4. Couldn't really hear the planes during our stay. Comfy beds. Breakfast was nice.

Having previously stayed here a few times over the last year, we have experienced some good visits and some average visits. Our most recent visit was one of the latter unfortunately, we stayed for 4 nights whilst on business in the area and overall our stay felt flat in comparison to previous visits. The room was immaculate with working AC, house keeping did a fantastic job and the staff we encountered were very friendly and accommodating. We only opted to eat once for dinner and breakfast during our stay due to our busy schedule. The evening meal was exceptional as always, highly recommend the wine upgrade and having the Steakmaker Malbec red wine if you love wine as it goes well with the steak meals. Breakfast was an improvement on our previous visits as it all appeared to be refreshed and hot. The only reasons we felt let down were due to neither of us feeling like we slept well which may not be any fault of the hotel but it did impact our stay. Another reason was that it would appear that they have stopped the happy hour drinks promotion and the bar prices seem to have risen a little, with a pint of Guinness costing £7.75 and a pint of Moretti costing £8.15. Despite all of this, we would stay again as it is so conveniently located having excellent transport links to the airport and the surrounding areas.

Excellent staff , I’m always having breakfast as I’m an early riser And love my breakfast time Always been great and enjoyable experience here in premiere inn T5 Staff which are always smiling and attentive and very hard working all the time specially Fatima , Jacob and Melroy Loved every moment here breakfast time and Evening time at the bar Thank you so much your staff is a great credit to Premier inn
