"Premier Inn T5 Stay"

Stayed overnight in a party of six adults prior to flight. From arrival to departure I was very impressed with the service provided by all of the staff, particular mention and thanks to "Ranjit" who looked after us during the evening. All areas of the hotel are spotlessly clean including our room and bathroom that had all of the facilities required. The Premier Inn beds and pillows are the best I have slept on and I have travelled around the world, the rooms are very well insulated and there was no noise from the airport. Overall I was very pleased with our stay and would happily recommend anyone to stay here, This hotel will be my first choice when travelling through T5.

We we really impressed with this hotel. Lovely room and friendly staff . We had a lovely surprise from Fatima when she serenaded us with a congratulations song at breakfast as we had got married the day before and we’re about to embark to the USA
