"Very good"
Exactly what you want from a premier inn, clean, comfortable friendly staff edible food and easy airport transfers. A quiet and easy stay and we got to the airport in good time.
"Bedrooms good main hotel dingy"
Location good, Atmosphere like a human holding bay for the airport, no finesse, eating area/lobby dingy, overpriced and in need of refurbishment espeically the carpets.
"Well-Equipped Hotel Near Heathrow for a Great Price"
We chose this hotel for its proximity to Heathrow, as we had an early morning flight. While it's not quite close enough to walk to the terminals, the available paid shuttle buses and taxis made getting to the airport easy. The hotel exceeded our expectations—modern, clean, and well-equipped. Compared to other Premier Inns I’ve stayed at, this location offered more amenities, including in-room phones to contact the front desk and room service, which added a nice level of convenience. The staff were welcoming and efficient, and check-in was smooth. Car parking is available for a fee. There’s a Costa Coffee and a couple of restaurants on the ground floor, which was great after a day of travel. When we arrived, a happy hour was in full swing, and many guests were enjoying the crisp London autumn in the outdoor seating area. Our room was quiet and comfortable, ideal for getting a restful night before a long day of flying. Overall, a solid option for a Heathrow layover—just keep in mind you’ll need transport to reach your terminal.
"Good value for money but cleanliness not up to par"
I've stayed at this location before because it is really convenient for Heathrow morning departures and has all the added facilities such as a restaurant and bar area. However, my bathroom cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Huge poo stains on the top of the toilet seat and the soap dispenser was filthy. I didn't notice these things until the morning when I went into bathroom with my specs on, too late to complain because I had to check out at 7 am for an early flight.
"Restaurant - poor meals and service"
Hotel is nice but restaurant is terrible. Items not on menu, no flexible changes to meals allowed, staff unprofessional and arrogant. Meals are small sized, poor quality and take ages to arrive. Overall customer service is lacking all round.
