"excellent hotel for Heathrow departures."
As per previous stays, extremely comfortable room, a great bed, very clean and the staff were excellent. High quality and great value meat in the Thyme restaurant. Only downside was being charged for parking on the 1 night we stayed.
"Pleasant stay experience"
We stayed at this hotel on two different days occupying two rooms on each stay. All the rooms were clean and comfortable. Showers, air conditioning & heating worked well. Though it is near to the airport, we couldn't hear any noise from the planes at all. However, on occasions we can hear some noise from upper level when people were running along the corridor, but other than this minor issue, everything else was great. This is the first time we stayed at Premier Inn Hotel but it left a good impression on us to the extent that we will be looking for this hotel chain again in our future trips. The Thyme restaurant was cozy and served a fairly good variety of food with friendly staff too.

"Great staff, good value — but room for improvement"
Overall, this was a good stay and very good value for the money. The staff were excellent — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. One team member even made sure we received our wake-up call, which was much appreciated. She was the only name I remember, but honestly the entire team went out of their way to make us feel looked after. The room itself was comfortable enough, though the bathroom had some shortcomings. The shower was slippery, and with no ventilation the bathroom stayed damp. Water tended to spread across the floor because the glass partition wasn’t large enough to contain it (a modern design style, but not very practical), and the small bath rug didn’t do much to help. Premium WiFi was also just so-so and could be improved. Even with those issues, the great service and overall value made for a positive experience. I would stay here again, especially if some of the bathroom details and WiFi were upgraded.
"Gone downhill post Covid."
Not too impressed with my 3rd visit to this property since before COVID. Rooms are still decent as is the lobby and dining area. However, the water pressure in shower head in the bathroom was weak as I’ve been used to power showers in many of the Premiers I have stayed in. The service in the Thyme restaurant was pretty slow and it seemed short staffed.
