"Perfect for departing/arriving flights"
Stayed here after a late arriving flight. Parking and check in was swift and hassle free. Room was clean and fresh with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with everything being available and hot. Staff were great and welcoming.
"Very good hotel."
Great hotel if your flying long term parking nextdoor. The staff are great as are the rooms and the food, very good. We had the prem/plus room worth it for a little treat.
"Good location but needs some TLC"
We have always chosen to stay at this hotel when we have flown in and out of the UK at Heathrow Airport. The hotel is in an excellent location and super convenient to the airport with a shuttle bus option for £6.80 per person. The hotel is starting to need some TLC we stayed 2 nights and one of the lifts was broken the whole time. The carpet on level 2 by the lift was really dirty with lots of stains in the carpet. It was being vacuumed but it needs replacing. The premier plus rooms need to have a mini safe for travellers documents and valuables. The Costa Coffee cabinet both mornings was almost empty - no porridge both mornings and very limited breakfast options as all out of stock…. The lady working there said they only get deliveries every other day and never get enough. I had to wait 20 mins to buy one beer at the bar as they had a cocktail special on.
"Excellent Hotel Stay – But Restaurant Was Abysmal"
We recently stayed at the Premier Inn Heathrow T2 & T3. The hotel itself was excellent – exactly what you’d expect from Premier Inn. Check-in was smooth with friendly, efficient service, and our room was in great condition. The bed was very comfortable, the décor modern and fresh, and everything was clean and well-maintained. No complaints at all about the hotel side of things – it was spot on. Unfortunately, the in-house Tyme restaurant was a completely different story. While it was positive to see a couple of vegan options on the menu and gluten-free catering available, the food quality was abysmal. My partner (a meat eater) ordered steak and chips. What arrived was tough, chewy, and clearly old meat – he had to work hard just to get through it.  It is simply the worst steak he's ever ordered...anywhere.  I had the vegan burger with added vegan bacon. The burger was overcooked, dry, and very bland, arriving with no gherkins or salad. The vegan bacon was the only thing that added flavour, but even that was overdone. For the two meals alone, we paid £37.46. At that price point, in a large airport hotel, we expected far better. This wasn’t about wanting fine dining, but about expecting fresh, well-cooked, enjoyable food. Sadly, it fell far below that. The service didn’t redeem the experience either. Staff often cut conversations short with us to shout over to colleagues across the room, and when asking if everything was okay, they didn’t even wait for a reply. There was little interest shown in the quality of our experience or our meals. The restaurant was busy, with people queuing for tables, so clearly demand is there regardless of quality. But honestly, we’d have had a better (and cheaper) meal at a fast-food chain like KFC or Burger King – which says a lot. To sum up: the Premier Inn itself was excellent and delivered everything we expect from the brand. But the Tyme restaurant really let the side down – poor food, poor service, and not worth the money.
"Great staff!"
We had a wonderful stay before our flight. We enjoyed dinner at the Premier Inn restaurant, where we were served by Vic, who was attentive and welcoming. The service and atmosphere made our evening really enjoyable. We’d happily recommend staying here and would definitely return.
