"Always the best"
We planned to fly out of Heathrow but ended up stuck for three days due to an airline strike and then had to cancel our holiday. The hotel staff could not have been more accommodating and welcoming. Special thanks to duty manager Daphne and restaurant front of house Abdul for going the extra mile and raising a smile from us on the grimmest of days. Love Premier Inn.
"Perfect stopover for Heathrow"
Perfect location for Heathrow, very clean and tidy, staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Food was very good and excellent breakfast buffet. The meal deal is amazing value for money.
"Noisy rooms, unclear room types, but OK overall"
I have shared this with premier inn via their feedback form but bearing in mind the last 2 times I have complained about the same issue and never had feedback from them, i dont expect any response again. The biggest issue is with my second room that I wanted for 2 adult children and 1 younger child. When you book there is only one type of family room and you go by the photos that show a large bed, a sofa bed and a pull out bed. But when you get there you have to argue with the staff and they say you didn't book that type of room and there is more than one type of family room. Even after showing them their own website and that there is only one type of family room and the picture shows what I expect, they still talk about how it is my fault but cannot tell me how you ensure you get this other room. I also noticed that somehow despite booking a twin for the main room, their system had it as a double. So something is definitely broken on their end on their website and booking system but who knows if anyone will ever investigate or fix it. The girl on reception even said it has happened before, so surely that proves something is wrong. I wish they would actually try to book the rooms and see what they get. So just be prepared for an argument in some cases. The other issue is that whilst external sound proofing is great and plane noise was not heard, the internal sound proofing is non existent. We were either kept awake or woken up by people walking around upstairs. No idea why that would be the case but something is definitely amiss. That being said, the girl on reception was able to give us the correct room in the end, I just need less argumentativeness. Not her fault though that the booking system and website are unclear and mismatched in some way. Also I did like the Costa Coffee onsite. So overall 3/5 is the best I can give but I would urge people to pick a different premier inn nearby as that may give you a better nights sleep (sound proof issue).
"Don't stay at this hotel!"
A mediocre hotel but very close to airport and long stay parking. If you choose to stay please ensure you get a parking ticket. The car park is owned by another company named Horizon. I had thought the parking was included in the hotel rate. I received a letter from Horizon fining me £57.00 and threatening court proceedings and increased charges if I didn't pay! No one in the hotel mentioned having to pay for parking. I strongly advise you do not use this hotel. Much better deals are available within a 15min drive around the airport.
"Convenient hotel"
We stayed here in July and found it very convenient for terminal 3. You can get a bus to the terminal right outside the hotel front door and the timetable is shown at the hotel. The rooms were clean. We also ate at the restaurant at night and it was good.
