"Great place to stay when you are transiting"
The Premier Inn delivered everything we needed especially after a long flight from Australia. The early check in option meant our room was ready for us at 11am, perfect. The rooms are nice and the package deal for breakfast and dinner was perfect. I had the most amazing fish and chips, first time having haddock. We stayed again before flying out of Heathrow so i had the fish and chips again, just to check, again they were amazing. Staff all really helpful. Great place to stay!!
"Lobster in the shower"
Arrived at premier inn Honslow London 14th of Oct 25. Check in no issues however was upsold wifi when wifi available for free. Bed was super comfy but the shower was an issue couldnt seem to regulate the temp of the shower so came out like a lobster. That incident was reported to reception. Good transport link public transport to Heathrow just outside the hotel.

Safe service good value for money and comfortable. The room and the hotel cleanliness was second to none. The bus shuttle service is right outside the hotel which is convenient

The hotel was very accommodating and friendly. I have a dairy sensitivity and they made sure that I had soy milk. Abdul was very helpful with breakfast.

Stayed here twice, before and after our holiday, location was great, rooms clean and great value the cooked breakfast was excellent value and evening meals also great. Thank you to Gizel and Jaison in restaurant, excellent service!
