"Nice welcome!!!"
So plaisant to arrive and having smiley faces like Abdul and Leslie to welcome you in the restaurant! It makes the difference. Full English breakfast buffet very good as usual. On top of that, arrived to early at the hotel and Shamaila that welcomed us right away verified if it was possible to have the room earlier without us asking for it. You guys understand what make the difference for the traveller’s. Thank you!

Really enjoyed my stay here! We were in town overnight, with a flight out the next afternoon. Location is literally a stones throw from Heathrow. The front desk staff were super helpful and even gave me tips on catching the local bus to the nearest train/tube station. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Food options on-site were tasty and convenient too. Overall, a great experience—would definitely recommend!
"Good for night before early flight."
Great hotel for overnight stay before early flight. Quiet in rooms. Staff pleasant. Has bar, restaurant and costa, what more could you need ! Parking was easy right behind hotel.
"London was a great place to visit, we had the best time"
The Premier Inn was our first stop in London. We wanted a nice hotel that was not too expensive and close to the airport so we wouldn't have to travel too far after our long flight. This hotel fit the bill perfectly. The room was spacious with adjustable AC. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious and modern with plenty of light. There's a large enclosed / open area breakfast Buffet restaurant, a moderately sized open area restaurant and Bar, and a small coffee snack bar. Outside nearby check out The White Horse pub, a nice brunch or dinner stop close by, watch your head if you go inside it used to be an old smoke house. We stayed four nights, then off to the Tower Bridge Hotel, another must stay at hotel, in a more centralized area to see Big Ben, the crown jewels the White Castle, while taking the water ferry, I've previously given a great review of this hotel, and then finally our last Hotel close to an airport before our trip home, the Radisson, which I will not be reviewing here as it fell short of a great experience. If you get the opportunity check out the Old Red Lion Pub, the back alley area is set up with a few tables and chairs , and has a nice constant Breeze, there is a small very personal theater upstairs, the main reason for my trip to see the play at the time "Ivories" a scary ghost tale, and may also be playing in New York next year, FYI and don't forget to check out all the markets all over London like the Greenwich Market, there's a great one near the Old Red Lion Pub, great food, and so many things to buy and look at :)
"Great hotel and service"
Great service and stay. I dined in the Thyme restaurant and Navneet was extremely helpful and friendly. Lovely lady! Very polite and welcoming. One of the best experiences of a Premier Inn i have had (and I stay in many). The food was also very nice
