"Great Start and End to Our Holiday."
We have Stayed here several times before and after our Long Flights. Fabulous room lovely and quiet and spotlessly clean. Checking in staff lovely and friendly. Restaurant excellent we had a meal deal . Great service at both breakfast and Dinner. Will definitely use again.
"Great for a convenient and relatively cheap stop before a flight"
The hotel is an excellent option for stop before a flight at a reasonable cost for the area. The hotel is within a 10min drive from the airport however I would always suggest using the convenient HotelHoppa service when coming/going to Heathrow as it is considerably cheaper (£6.80) than any taxi option (£30). The hotel looks somewhat like an air hangar which helps it to be set out quite well in the end, and the rooms are all really quiet, air conditioned and well lit. The value for money is good in my opinion, but be aware that everything is marked up due to the proximity to the airport but that is to be expected. The hotel is relatively clean and the rooms are of a high standard for Premier Inn so expect the better finishes for the chain like rainfall showers an bedside lamps. Finally, there are plenty of staff on hand so service for things like check in and food are pretty good, and most of the staff are fluent in two languages so can help with translation where possible.
"Awesome Experience."
Nice and comfy room, staff are friendly, the location to and from the airport is perfect. Their meal deal will not make you starve. Breakfast and dinner was awesome, I just wish they'll include the lunch next time. Minor request though, invest in faster internet connectivity.
"Comfy stay, easy airport choice"
I stayed for two nights either side of flights. First impressions were welcoming, bright, airy entrance with restaurant and coffee shop in reception. Check in was quick and easy, staff were friendly and helpful, offering useful information on how to get to the airport before I even asked. I paid a little more for a Premier Plus room and it was worth it for nice waterfall shower, comfy chair, coffee machine and fridge with complimentary water. Soundproofing blocks out most of the airport noise. I’ve knocked off a star as both nights I was disturbed by heavy footsteps/crashing and banging from the room above me, which was a pity, as otherwise it would have been surprisingly peaceful for a busy airport hotel. I took the hotel Hoppa bus to and from T3, which runs regularly from the rear of the hotel and costs about £7 one way. It takes about 10 minutes. My only criticism of that was the lack of luggage storage on board, but that’s obviously nothing to do with Premier Inn as it’s privately run. Overall, a comfortable stay (especially the bed), and I would definitely use again for Heathrow T3.
"Great"
Great place to stay. It's worth every penny, and it's not expensive. We had meal deal and room, 4 nights. Staff is friendly and kind. Food was tasty and great. Room was clean. Connections with Heathrow is perfect. Also connection with London is very good. We will be back soon at Premier Inn.
