"Head down ok, but poor service. Not IN the airport."
Check in was quick and easy. Went to room and it was disgusting. Clearly hadn't been cleaned as bedding was on the floor and previous guests' toiletries were left. Made reception aware, when he finally got off his phone, he offered a mild apology and gave us a new room, in the opposite end of the hotel! We had a flight in 5 hours. Second room was fine. Didn't stay long enough to rate food. But water on vending machines is very expensive. When they say "heathrow airport" its not. Its a 10 ninute bus ride away.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Nupura at the reception for helping us with the room last night! She was extremely kind, professional and friendly! Room was large, clean and very comfortable.

Kitchen staff & front of house were very welcoming. Thank you especially to Britto for the great food & Abdul's swans he made for my boys. Service was great & very family friendly. Thanks again for the experience & making our stay so pleasant. Looking forward to staying again soon 😊

Second time at this hotel. Good location close to the airport. Staff very helpful & friendly. Rooms comfortable & clean. Only complaint is the £21.90 charge to park the car after paying for the room.

Stayed here before an early flight and it’s been wonderful! Ate at the restaurant Thyme and had outstanding service from Radhika during the meal. Booked a table only 20 minutes before and had a warm welcome from those at the reception. Cannot recommend this place enough
