"Lovely clean hotel."
Lovely clean room. Nice welcoming lobby with good amenities. Air con with the family was a relief. Stopped for 2 nights work our family and everyone was happy comfortable and content.

Carpets in communal areas need replacing. Really dirty. Rooms are ok. Bit run down but do the job. Some loose fixtures and fittings. Staff are brilliant, especially in the restaurant. So friendly and helpful and go that extra mile. Superb with the kids. In particular Abdul and Gizel.

Another enjoyable stay at the Premier Inn, Bath Road. Excellent breakfast and service by Abdul and all the team at the Thyme restaurant. Have been here several times and always made to feel welcome.

The hotel is well situated for Heathrow airport, easy to get to by road. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they pay attention to detail! Food and room were excellent! Gizel and Leslie were particularly helpful.
"Busy Hotel, nice family room"
I wanted to provide some feedback on my recent stay at Premier Inn T2 Bath Road in London. Overall, our experience was positive, but there were a few areas that I believe could be improved upon. Upon arrival, there was a slight delay in locating our booking, but the receptionist, Simona, found it and was very helpful in providing us with all the necessary information for our stay. Our room was suitable for our family of four, although we did encounter some issues with housekeeping. On one occasion, we were unable to have our room cleaned due to a lack of housekeepers, which was unexpected for a busy hotel as we had to let reception know before 12 noon which we were not aware about. Additionally, there was some noise disturbance (someone walking / runing) above our room early in the morning, which affected our sleep. While the reception staff were responsive to our concerns, the issue persisted until the final night of our stay. On a more positive note, the breakfast buffet was satisfactory, and the staff, particularly Gizel and Leslie, were accommodating. However, there were instances where the manager or supervisor appeared overwhelmed and less attentive to our needs. One incident involved a delay in receiving my order of poached eggs, which required follow-up from another staff member while I let the manager know I was awaiting for it. Despite these challenges, I appreciate the efforts made by the staff to address our concerns promptly. I believe that with some adjustments, Premier Inn T2 Bath Road can provide an even better experience for guests in the future.
