"Great staff, good value — but room for improvement"
Overall, this was a good stay and very good value for the money. The staff were excellent — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. One team member even made sure we received our wake-up call, which was much appreciated. She was the only name I remember, but honestly the entire team went out of their way to make us feel looked after. The room itself was comfortable enough, though the bathroom had some shortcomings. The shower was slippery, and with no ventilation the bathroom stayed damp. Water tended to spread across the floor because the glass partition wasn’t large enough to contain it (a modern design style, but not very practical), and the small bath rug didn’t do much to help. Premium WiFi was also just so-so and could be improved. Even with those issues, the great service and overall value made for a positive experience. I would stay here again, especially if some of the bathroom details and WiFi were upgraded.
"Gone downhill post Covid."
Not too impressed with my 3rd visit to this property since before COVID. Rooms are still decent as is the lobby and dining area. However, the water pressure in shower head in the bathroom was weak as I’ve been used to power showers in many of the Premiers I have stayed in. The service in the Thyme restaurant was pretty slow and it seemed short staffed.

The room was extremely well priced, super clean and comfortable. The room had everything we needed and was very well located with reference to the airport. The shuttle service was very reliable and reasonably priced. I just loved staying at the Premier Inn.
"Great one night stay"
Check in and out was very smooth. Room was big and very clean. Big bath sheets and toiletries were good too. Beds are so comfy, slept extremely well. Great view of the runway. Restaurant food was delicious, we did book before hand. Bar was cool, good atmosphere. Only about 6 mins in a car to the Long Stay car park for T2 & T3. Staying again next August 2026.
"Incredible value for money and really well positioned"
I stayed here as I was flying out of Heathrow for the next morning - I was shocked by how good it was. The first impressions when you walk in were really good. It looks great, no queue for check-in and it too me about a minute to get the room key. The room was basic but roomy, modern and clean. The bed was comfortable. The view out the window wasn't amazing but there were ZERO noises during the night. I literally heard nothing. I had an evening meal in the restaurant downstairs which had a deal which was starter + main + drink for £16 and it was actually quite nice. Great value and good service. I had the breakfast the next morning, the only thing that let it down was the bacon which was like leather. For what you get here it's exceptional value for money. I will 100% be returning.
