"A convenient and comfortable stay at the Premier Inn London Heathrow Airport T2 & T3"
I stayed at the Premier Inn London Heathrow Airport T2 & T3 (Bath Road) the night before an early morning flight. It offers excellent value for the room rate, and it is well serviced by the Hotel Hoppa, allowing for easy access to Terminal 2 even early in the morning. The staff are friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant on-site is also decent. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
"Very good hotel, great stay."
the room was very clean and quiet, we couldn't hear any noise from outside of our room. Bed was very comfortable and we had a really good sleep. Staff were very friendly and helpful, really can't praise them enough. Excellent breakfast - great choice and very tasty. We also had evening meals and food was again, very good and we didn't have to wait long for it to be brought out. Overall we had a very pleasant stay, with welcoming and friendly staff and great facilities. The only negative we would have was the price of the car parking but other than that, great stay.

Excellent stay with very competitive prices. Great service from Mario in the restaurant which was great. Next door to purple parking, you can’t go wrong.

"DEAD RAT and lack of sleep"
We had previously stayed at this branch and didn't have any issues,however on our most recent visit the experience wasn't good at all. Unfortunately there was a dead rat in the car park near the main front entrance. Looked like it had been there for a while as it had been run over. There were yellow stain on the bathroom floor which had looked like they had been there for a while, possibly the shower gel but not sure. The room was situated in a different part of the building on this occasion (room 1197) and the room above us continuously made noise throughout the night and early hours as every time they walked across there room the floorboards creaked. Like I mentioned this experience is completely opposite to when we attended last time which is a shame. The rat situation in the carpark should have been a omen to what the stay was going to be like. Maybe next time I can post a positive review as I dislike being negative.
