"Go on you won’t be disappointed"
Excellent stay with very competitive prices. Great service from Mario in the restaurant which was great. Next door to purple parking, you can’t go wrong.
"DEAD RAT and lack of sleep"
We had previously stayed at this branch and didn't have any issues,however on our most recent visit the experience wasn't good at all. Unfortunately there was a dead rat in the car park near the main front entrance. Looked like it had been there for a while as it had been run over. There were yellow stain on the bathroom floor which had looked like they had been there for a while, possibly the shower gel but not sure. The room was situated in a different part of the building on this occasion (room 1197) and the room above us continuously made noise throughout the night and early hours as every time they walked across there room the floorboards creaked. Like I mentioned this experience is completely opposite to when we attended last time which is a shame. The rat situation in the carpark should have been a omen to what the stay was going to be like. Maybe next time I can post a positive review as I dislike being negative.

Out visit was absolutely brilliant the staff and the service was brill especially the service we received for our disabled daughter we want to say a special thanks to abdul and pretti and all the other staff for your help

One night stay for an early flight. Lovely restaurant and our server Radhika was so sweet. Our 8 year old son gave her 1000 points so we said we would write that down. Food was great too!

So plaisant to arrive and having smiley faces like Abdul and Leslie to welcome you in the restaurant! It makes the difference. Full English breakfast buffet very good as usual. On top of that, arrived to early at the hotel and Shamaila that welcomed us right away verified if it was possible to have the room earlier without us asking for it. You guys understand what make the difference for the traveller’s. Thank you!
