London Hayes, Heathrow (North A4020) hotel

We stayed in both a standard room and family room and although the family room wasnt ready the staff sorted this out smoothly and straight away. I would like to give a special shout out to Niki the Manager who has been amazing both during our stay and after. My elderly father left a few items in his hotel room and Niki was amazing in allocating them and helping with arranging delivery back to us. She really has gone above and beyond for us and is a huge asset to the team. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend! Thank you!

The location of this hotel was 1.3 miles from Hayes train station and was a pleasant walk. There are plenty of shops on the way there and the area felt very safe. On arrival, we were welcomed by a friendly lady who asked why we were visiting. When we explained we were going to Wembley, she asled how we were getting there and then offered a shorter route. I stayed at the hotel with my 11 year old son and 15 year old step son. There were 3 beds made up on arrival and the room was clean and spacious. We had breakfast the following morning and the lady and gentleman who served us at the restaurant were brilliant. So kind and welcoming. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to London.

We typically find Premier Inn to be a safe bet, but this stay really missed the mark. The hotel felt quite dated and rough around the edges, with little to no soundproofing. We were kept awake by noise from the room above until the early hours, which made for a poor night’s sleep. The bed itself was also softer than expected and not particularly comfortable. There were also concerns around security and the car park had multiple warning signs about theft, which didn’t inspire much confidence. We were honestly relieved to see our car still there in the morning. The bathroom could do with a full refresh, and the WiFi was noticeably slow throughout our stay. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant experience was fairly average, service was fine overall, but they forgot to bring the water we ordered and didn’t upgrade the fries on our meal like we’d asked them to. We stayed for one night before a flight, and while it served a basic purpose, we wouldn’t choose this location again.

I’ve stayed at Premier Inn for over 10 years and it’s always excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice, quiet atmosphere and no noise issues. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, especially with disabled children. Great location too, close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.
