Such a lovely warm welcome!
The lovely lady welcomed myself and my sister in by saying she got the free food deal and then showed us to our table where she made us laugh and smile and was such a ray of sunshine - then we had one of the lovely chefs come and check how we were and was so sweet and kind. Both such amazing and kind souls who really just make such a lovely environment and deserve the world.

Great service from Rakesh & Maggie in the restaurant, nothing was ever too much. Rakesh went above and beyond and was great with the kids.

We really didn’t feel safe here as a family. It is the 1st Premier Inn I have been too where they have security checking each floor every hour. We were greeted by a lady offering drugs when we went over to the restaurant, which I know is not the hotels fault, however made us feel uneasy straight away.
The staff were all lovely and couldn’t fault them, however were very understaffed. The poor man in the restaurant was having to do everything as there was only him and the chef, therefore wait times were very long and not acceptable.
We had such a bad experience we moved hotels as were genuinely worried.
Terrible customer service from the complaints department- you can get a refund if your pillows are not comfortable but you can’t if you are genuinely worried about staying somewhere like that.

Stay in lots of Premier Inns so know what you’re getting for cleanliness and room etc, but just wanted to highlight Mishel on reception here. Exceptionally warm, friendly and helpful. A credit!
