Arrived Monday 27th April. Hotel reception very welcoming and helpful. RAKESH in the restaurant was absolutely spot on. Was on his own in the restaurant (bar the chef obviously) and no one kept waiting while I was there and all done with a smile on his face. Food was well prepared and good portion size. Tuesday breakfast (can’t remember the lady’s name but she was spot on) again great service and decent food.
Unfortunately that’s where is all goes wrong. Tuesday night my work colleague checked in and wanted two meal deals and parking on a premier business card. All seemed ok after the the lass that booked me in the previous night took over. Alas the lad that started the booking had messed up. There was no record of our meal deals in the restaurant later even though he is sure he paid for them. The guy serving did nothing but moan to the customers that he was on his own and usually had a team round him. NOT impressed after Rakesh the previous night. People were kept waiting not only to be seated but for food that was sitting waiting to be passed out. This service continued at breakfast when the chef didn’t turn in so despite paying (probably twice) we didn’t get a cooked breakfast. The bread wasn’t put out until 7am and all the server could do was giggle an apology that was not believable.
All in all not what I’d expect from a “Premier Inn” although this is fast becoming the norm across the chain and they’re charging more for the privilege.
I suppose they have to pay for Sir Lenny somehow
Rakesh and the Tuesday morning breakfast lady are the only reason I didn’t give a lower score. They are both far too good for this place

We stayed in both a standard room and family room and although the family room wasnt ready the staff sorted this out smoothly and straight away. I would like to give a special shout out to Niki the Manager who has been amazing both during our stay and after. My elderly father left a few items in his hotel room and Niki was amazing in allocating them and helping with arranging delivery back to us. She really has gone above and beyond for us and is a huge asset to the team. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend! Thank you!

"Excellent hotel"
The location of this hotel was 1.3 miles from Hayes train station and was a pleasant walk. There are plenty of shops on the way there and the area felt very safe.
On arrival, we were welcomed by a friendly lady who asked why we were visiting. When we explained we were going to Wembley, she asled how we were getting there and then offered a shorter route.
I stayed at the hotel with my 11 year old son and 15 year old step son. There were 3 beds made up on arrival and the room was clean and spacious.
We had breakfast the following morning and the lady and gentleman who served us at the restaurant were brilliant. So kind and welcoming.
We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to London.
