    "Short and sweet"
    The hotel room was pretty and functional. The strong points are the breakfast, truly delicious, and especially the staff. The receptionists are kind, friendly, helpful and supportive, especially if you have children. Special thanks to Mags who was a superstar ✨️

    I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Hayes North for a short trip and overall had a very good experience. Conveniently located by the A4020/Uxbridge Road, with a 5–7‑minute walk to Hayes & Harlington TfL Rail station, on‑site parking and a 24‑hour Asda supermarket next door. The bed was very comfortable—as expected from Premier Inn—and the room was clean and well-maintained. Everything worked as it should: good shower pressure, decent Wi-Fi, and quiet at night despite being near a main road.

    2nd time we stayed in this hotel and both times we had a nice time and good experience with staff .They are so helpful and friendly .Parking is available at hotel and also the bar facilities are good.

    The staff at the Inn were brilliant especially Cara the Manager she provided an impeccable service. The rooms we booked were 2 accessibile room and they were both clean and laid out adequately for our requirements. However (company problem not staff) This is definitely not the nicest Inn we've ever stayed at. Exterior was drab and grubby on arrival the rooms are shabby and could really do with a refurb.
