      "Staff,place"
      Just had a lovely 3 nights here. Great value for the money . Staff are friendly and specially I want to thanks Amit, he is knowledgeable and helpful man really . Beautiful place.
      "JAGDEEP + DOMINIQUE 65 STARS"
      This review is for the Tyme Food restaurant next door. I am amazed by the staff. And would honestly give 6 stars out of 5 if I could. Both Jagdeep and Dominique went above and beyond. These 2 members are a huge credit to the team! We’ve travelled in from the North and are staying at the other premiere inn. We arrived at 5:20 to where one of the staff were on a break outside, he was extremely helpful and stopped his break to come round and let us in. Now they didn’t start serving food till 6 so they asked us our drinks order. We had a few issues with the food, and we’d never been here before so needed a small bit of guidance and both were so so helpful. Jagdeep helped out in the kitchen when our food wasn’t how we asked for it, and was so flexible doing each task to the best of his ability and very good with assuring us that we wasn’t at fault yet still coming out to see how everyone’s food was. And honestly he is manager standard!! Such a nice guy. Dominique, is training to be a manager and was so eager to learn you could tell his passion, he was running the front sometimes on his own and was smashing it! Such good customer service from start to finish from not just him but both. The 1 thing I couldn’t stand was that you could hear the chef, yelling at the 2 workers once we sent food back, the reason we sent this back was because it was cold and my steak was well done not medium rare, we heard the chef throwing plates around and complaining to the 2 waiters named above, which is the worst thing to do when customers can hear. The chef wasn’t very good at making gravy serving us practically water. So this chef definitely needs a reign check once seeing this. Cos that is completely unacceptable to have a go at staff, and if it was an issue the chef should have came to speak to us. But overall the waiters are what makes this place so good!! And some recognition definitely needed for these 2!! Thank you guys for all the help you gave us and instantly your bubbly personality’s cos it really did make our whole experiance so much better

      Reception staff Maria she was really nice and helpful, Peaceful environment , although the building is old but near to many amenities thats the reason we booked this hotel and had good time there, because we are travellers and flew long to reach
      "Poor family room"
      No plug sockets near beds, very hot in rooms. Put me up bed is rubbish on a family room. Restaurant food really nice and waitress deserves a pay rise. Absolutely amazing customer service, really lovely lady. Wouldn’t stay in a premier inn family room again. No room for 4 people to move around.
      "Mags the super receptionist"
      Just arrived and needed a room on the ground floor. Mags on reception made the change and got us sorted out. Yes the hotel is a little tired but it’s only for one night and we were not expecting the Ritz. Now just got to get some extra pillows and we will be all good 😀
