"Do not park a van in carpark"
DO NOT park a van in the hotel car park, high van crime area. My van was broken into thieves drilled a hole through side door popped the lock and stole tools. Hotel staff said I was one of many victims this week. Not the hotels fault but it’ll be the last time I use a van in London.

"Mags saved our stay"
Mags saved our stay! The first appearance was terrible with rubbish in the car park, the reception experience was poor. We got to our room and it smelt of smoke and vape. When I we got to our dinner, we were feeling disheartened. Mags was absolutely lovely, she really cares about people’s experience. Every Premier inn needs a Mags! Thanks Mags

‘Mags’ made an average stay into a GREAT one! Reception was average, first appearance was not great (rubbish in car park), the room smelt damp/vape/unpleasant… but when we went to dinner, MAGS pulled it out the bag, she made the evening really fun and actually cared about our experience. Every premier inn needs a Mags !

"Not enough staff at breakfast. Poor service and no restock of buffet"
By far not impressed with how they manage breakfast. For starters there’s not enough staff to manage the flow. I arrived 10.10am for breakfast only to find the chef deciding not to refill the hot breakfast options. There was no beans, no mushrooms and egg. Breakfast was supposed to be on till 10.30am I arrived with enough time to grab a plate. There was no orange or apple juice, no bread and no croissants. It’s was absolutely ridiculous for a busy bank holiday Monday. The chef was absolutely rude too

"Hotel was ok I have been to better."
Only fault they put their breakfast chef in an awkward position the poor chap was serving & cooking on his own with no help & he had to put up with a few rude customers complaining about the service.
