London Hayes, Heathrow (Hyde Park) hotel

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Outstanding Service at Premier Inn\!** I had a really lovely experience staying at Premier Inn, and I would like to give a special mention to Joe and the lovely lady at reception\. Both were absolutely fantastic, welcoming, friendly, and professional\. They made me feel valued as a guest and went out of their way to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable\. Joe deserves special recognition for his excellent customer service, and the lady at reception was equally wonderful, greeting me with kindness and a warm smile\. It’s the little things that make such a big difference, and their attitude and helpfulness really stood out\. It’s refreshing to receive such genuine hospitality\. Staff members like Joe and the lady at reception are a real credit to Premier Inn and make the whole experience so much better\. Thank you both for making my stay such a positive one\. Premier Inn is lucky to have such dedicated and caring team members\. I would happily recommend Premier Inn based on this experience and look forward to staying again\! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stay here every time we are in London. It is very convenient for everywhere we want to go. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Vanessa has served us on several occasions and always makes us feel welcome.

I am a regular guest at the hotel, and the staff are amazing! If there are any issues or concerns, the staff go the extra mile, and I really enjoy staying at the hotel. The staff are very professional and helpful at any time of day. One of the star staff members is called Lacra. She is amazing, professional, and so helpful. She is an asset to the team! Staff behaviour reflects the hotel. At this hotel, everything they do for customers is first-class and strongly reflects the brand! Rooms are clean, and if you have a problem with the shower, for example, they fix it within hours. The staff always made our stay welcoming and were incredibly helpful throughout. Great location, and the receptionist and staff were friendly and helpful. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean and stylish with excellent service. The room itself was comfortable, and I was extremely happy! The breakfast is really good, and the dining area is spacious! Great for kids! Fast Wi-Fi, great location close to shops and local fast-food outlets. It's about a 10-minute walk from Hayes & Harlington Station, so that you can be in Paddington, Bond Street, or Tottenham Court Road in 20 minutes! Lots of bus connections as well. Definitely recommended for any traveller! The beds are so much better than Travelodge! Overall, I am very happy and can recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed and will be back soon!

We visited London for 3 nights at the premier inn at Hayes Heathrow to celebrate our son’s 7th birthday. We were amazed by the level of service we received from two of your team. Alskar and Anthony went above and beyond looking after our little boy. They remembered what he was doing each day and asked him each day what he had done. A true credit to your team which made our trip so enjoyable. Thank you so much to both of you 😍 Makes us want to come back here every time, as made us feel so at home and special so thank you for going truly above and beyond !!
