London Hayes, Heathrow (Hyde Park) hotel

I am a regular guest at the hotel, and the staff are amazing! If there are any issues or concerns, the staff go the extra mile, and I really enjoy staying at the hotel. The staff are very professional and helpful at any time of day. One of the star staff members is called Lacra. She is amazing, professional, and so helpful. She is an asset to the team! Staff behaviour reflects the hotel. At this hotel, everything they do for customers is first-class and strongly reflects the brand! Rooms are clean, and if you have a problem with the shower, for example, they fix it within hours. The staff always made our stay welcoming and were incredibly helpful throughout. Great location, and the receptionist and staff were friendly and helpful. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean and stylish with excellent service. The room itself was comfortable, and I was extremely happy! The breakfast is really good, and the dining area is spacious! Great for kids! Fast Wi-Fi, great location close to shops and local fast-food outlets. It's about a 10-minute walk from Hayes & Harlington Station, so that you can be in Paddington, Bond Street, or Tottenham Court Road in 20 minutes! Lots of bus connections as well. Definitely recommended for any traveller! The beds are so much better than Travelodge! Overall, I am very happy and can recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed and will be back soon!

We visited London for 3 nights at the premier inn at Hayes Heathrow to celebrate our son’s 7th birthday. We were amazed by the level of service we received from two of your team. Alskar and Anthony went above and beyond looking after our little boy. They remembered what he was doing each day and asked him each day what he had done. A true credit to your team which made our trip so enjoyable. Thank you so much to both of you 😍 Makes us want to come back here every time, as made us feel so at home and special so thank you for going truly above and beyond !!

Friendly staff great experience

Check in was problematic. We were given a double rather than the twin we booked. They did manage to make up a twin room for us but had a further problem as another guest was given the same room number. At almost midnight it wasn't a great first impression but they did offer us a free breakfast which was great. Unfortunately the air con did not work in the room we were given. The first night was bearable but by the second night it was pretty stifling. The windows do not open (fair enough) but the extractor fan also did not work in the bathroom so the room was just a humid mess. They did transfer us to another room which had no issues. All in all there were problems but they were fixed/worked around but it wasn't ideal.
