"No Inter-connecting room"
Have stayed here previously, and this time was much better as there car park has been finished and also they had their restaurant open for breakfast. I booked two rooms last year, and called the hotel directly to make sure they would be Interconnecting rooms due to having young children. Was told yes all sorted. When we arrived, we were told we had not been put in interconnecting rooms and there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing!
Also it says its close to Wembley stadium; this is all dependant on how you are getting there and what time of night, as public transport took us 2.5 hours to get back from Wembley after a show.

"Great base for doing London on a budget"
We stayed at the hotel for three nights from 08/07 - 11/07.
We got to the hotel and it was quite late, the car park was quite full but managed to squeeze into a space. There are signs saying that there is an overflow car park in the event it’s full and reception will tell you where to go.
We were allocated room 312 and the room was generally a satisfactory standard as with well used premier inn’s. It definitely wasn’t the nice premier inn room I have stayed in but ticked the box.
There were a few issues with the room, no TV remote, not enough pillows but Jose sorted it all out, thank you. There was a kind lady who ( Ididn’t get her name) who gave me milk for my daughter. I wanted to pay but she insisted for me not to pay, thank you.
The location is good - Hayes and Harlington station is less than 10 mins walk away and you can get into central London in around 20 mins. There is an Asda next door which is convenient for being on a budget. Heathrow airport is around 15 mins drive away.
We paid £26 for three nights parking and we were able to come back and forth with the car. The reception staff will give a voucher for the discount.
The air con in a heatwave is fantastic!
Would definitely stay again.

"Will visit again!"
Stayed at this hotel for one night. Got upgraded to premier plus and the room was so spacious, clean and comfortable with all the amenities; totally worth the price. Polite, courteous staff helped promptly with the self-check in issues. Location is a very quiet neighborhood, very close to the airport which can be reached via 278 Heathrow central, and Hayes and Harlington - Elizabeth Line at a 7-min walk (if you need a bus from the station, then catch the U5 to Uxbridge). Need any groceries? Then the Asda store is down the street. Overall, I’ll highly recommend it especially if you’ve a layover or upcoming flight from Heathrow.

"poor"
nothing was good, poor state of bathroom arranged early check in over the phone 2 weeks in advance for 2 rooms also for them to be next to each other the rooms were not together only to get there at 2 pm and had to wait till 3.15 pm to get a room, when i showed polite frustration with this the female manager wearing a white shirt became condescending and rude then started speaking in a foreign language (sounded polish) to her colleagues. RUDE, in front of me and my family will not be attending this Premier Inn ever again

Great experience at this premier inn, nice room and convenient location for Wembley. Breakfast was fab and the staff were brilliant! Alskar and Kim were so attentive. Definitely recommend!
