"Excellent stay and helpful staff"
Stay was excellent reception staff vanesa and enzo was amazing and welcoming helped us a lot train station close by to travel to central London
"Would give Hayes a miss."
So i will put the good bits 1st, staff are nice. Walking distance to Asda, food places and also Hayes and Harlington station. Now the main thing and im very disappointed. I've got pictures and also showed staff, but they couldn't change my room as it was late checkin, Smelt of damp in the shower and entrance of the room. Couldn't have a bath as the over flow was off and would of damaged the floor in the hotel. The bed was horrible lumpy. Breakfast, the coffee machine downstairs was giving warm water in the coffee machine.
"1 night stay with children"
Fantastic location, 4/5 minutes walk to the station where the Elizabeth line goes direct to central London. Comfy beds and quiet rooms, very little traffic. Felt safe enough walking back to her hotel late in the evening with children. Parking is first come first served and quite expensive if you’re staying all day on departure day (visiting central London etc) We paid £17 arriving at 12pm Thursday and left at 19:30 on Friday. Note- The hotel had no toilets available when you arrive unless you’re checking into your room! The staff member was very rude to us when we asked for our children to use to bathroom (5hr drive with service stops, but we were going into central) and demanded we either pay £15 to check in early and use your toilet in our room, or go to a supermarket! After a long drive with small children this is not the greeting we were expecting. Overall location and price were good but we won’t return due to rude staff and no apology.
"disappointing"
A budget hotel a couple of miles away from Heathrow Airport. Quick check-in. Room 146 is worn out. Plaster coming of the walls, bathroom door doesn't work anymore and the water in the shower is no more than a trickle. The floor was not clean upon arrival. Wi-Fi was very slow. The bed was comfortable, although a thicker pillow would have been nice. Room was stuffy and no way to let in fresh air. Restaurantv was closed, although croissants and coffee/tea were available in the morning free of charge. For the money paid (£ 386 for five nights), I had expected more.
"Super helpful"
I stayed at Premier Inn Hayes (Hyde park) many times. It is the best Premier Inn around. Especially the staff (Marius) who are super helpful and eager to go extra mile. Thank you very much.
