Very nice hotel.Clean and tidy ,very friendly staff. Evrething was like we expect ,will come back soon .Great stay....

Great stay, helppful staff.Very close to the train station. The restaurant was closed for refurbishment , but we recieved complementary breakfast.

Hotel didn't mention works when booked, both the restaurant and bar were closed, works vehicles, nog enough onsite parking. Premier inn did not bother to reply to either of my emails. Really poor way to treat a repeat customer.

"As expected but no breakfast"
Usual Premier Inn. Easy access to Elizabeth Line, but otherwise a rather desolate area. Bed comfortable. Restaurant closed for refurb. Takeaway breakfast could hardly be given that title. Apples, bananas past their sell by date, pre wrapped chocolate croissants, instant coffee. Just don't offer anything unless its worthwhile to do so. Room fine, but poor water pressure in wash basin.
