"A not so perfect experience"
We booked two rooms of 326 and 343 as we were travelling with a group and a kid. The check in time was 3pm and we reached a bit early. As we had one hour still time to check in, we requested to hold our luggage with them while we explore the city. But they could not hold the luggage for 326 as their small cloak room could not accommodate that. There were only two chairs in the reception area and hence you have to stand if you have to wait. There is no common toilet that you can use. Also on the checkout day the time was 12 noon and we went outside and came back at 11.30 am. To our utter dismay we found that they have disabled our key card access to the room. When I went back to the reception I had to wait as it's mainly unmanned at most times. In a nutshell we did not have our best time over there.
"Comfort on a budget"
I arrived late to the hotel, around 10:30PM, and used the checkin self service computer to do this. Thanks to a rather irrational flow (not friendly to solo-travellers), I needed help from a staff member. That was quickly and competently sorted. Thanks. Arrived to the room which was practical and clean. Bed extremely comfortable. The bathroom had a very noisy ventilator that I thankfully was able to turn off. Good to sleep in a please, where the price for the stay (54 GBP) was cheap for the value I was presented. At the time for this review (September 2025), please be aware that renovations are taking place on weekdays between 8AM and 6PM, and that restaurant are closed at the premises. But thankfully I needed to catch and early flight from Heathrow T2, and needed no breakfast. So the location (one stop from T2 on the westbound Elizabeth line) close to train station was perfect for me. Only a seven minute walk. I can recommend this hotel, it was a comfy stay and budget friendly too.
"Comfortable experience"
Excellent stay at Premier Inn! Clean, comfortable rooms and super friendly staff. Perfect for families, great value and a really good night’s sleep. Highly recommend!
"We recommend"
Great stay, we have been welcomed by the blonde lady who was lovely. Very good location as is 7 minutes away from Hayes and Harlington station. Rooms are clean and very comfortable beds, unfortunately the restaurant it is under the refurbishment at the moment
"Another London Premier Inn visited, will go back for sure"
My first time in this Premier Inn. I usually stay in west side of London, and being near Hayes & Harlingston station this was a great location to stay for three nights. Before the trip I was told in an e-mail the bar and restaurant will be closed for breakfast and dinner due to refurbishments. As I do not really need that kind of service during my stay, it did not really matter. Some complimentary takeaway breakfast was available at the lobby. Room was ok, basically clean even if some stains and dirt was in the shower which I just simply rinsed clean with water. A/c was working fine, Wi-Fi was ok for my needs. Bed was big and comfortable. Asda Superstore is just couple of minutes from hotel, good place to buy food and drink if needed. Good transportation options, no tube nearby but many bus lines and Hayes & Harlington station just couple of minutes bus journey or some 10 minutes walk from hotel. Good to notice it is uphill almost all the way to the station. Elizabeth Line to Paddington station just 20 minutes, to Liverpool Street station just 30 minutes. Just remember, Elizabeth line to and from Heathrow airport is quite expensive compared with usual rates.
