Stayed here recently for a flight the next day. The staff are all lovely and were willing to accommodate to anything we needed. The rooms were clean and beds were really comfy and the breakfast the next morning was lovely and had plenty of options for everyone

Stayed here with my family when we came to go to Twickenham for the Army and Navy rugby, as has accessfor my daughter who is disabled, the problem arose as the air conditioning would only go down to 19 degrees C which might be fine for the Indian staff but from the point of view of a north east family is far too hot and when I did complain on the first day and had it reduced to 16 degrees C Then the management turned it off at 2 am which woke my up with I migraine on day two. I complained about this again and they said there would deal with it but did nothing and again at 2am it was turned off I then complained again and informed the management I will be contacting advertising standards as they adverts said air conditioned rooms not partially air conditioned and that " I would be contacting the director in charge of premier Inn by email ( I did name him ) at Whitbread who are the parent company as I am a shareholder". At this the management took a little bit more interest and my air conditioning would go down to 16 C and it did not turn it off the last night . I feel that customers when they pay for air con it should be available and controlled by the room and shouldn't be turned off in the middle of the night to save electricity. We were there 3 nights 2 were unbearable with no sleep for me leaving me with migraines and 2 very uncomfortable for my family.. ( the windows do not open in this sweat box)

"Overpowering smell"
Room smelt as if soaked in white spirit. Couldn't relax or have comfort. Spent the minimal time in room as could. Advised no other rooms available to move to and feel free to leave door open to vent it as window doesn't open.

"Amazing hotel with amazing staff - especially Enzio"
Stayed here to attend a wedding. Staff was amazing and hotel was really clean. Special mention to Enzio who was amazing - sorted out my parking and just made me feel welcome at check in. Will definitely stay here again
