"Great Customer Service!!"
Just wanted to call out a member of your check in staff. Hesandi provided exellent customer service when we arrived and throughout our two day stay ensuring we kept the same room despite it being two separate bookings. She was extremely helpful and conducted her role in a very pleasant friendly manner. An outstanding member of your team who coped extremely well given how busy the hotel was last weekend 30th May- 1st June.

"The Room at the End of the World"
I’ve stayed at this Premier Inn before and had a great experience, which is why I chose to return. Unfortunately, this stay wasn’t quite as positive.
The biggest issue was the location of our room. There was no lift access, meaning we had to carry our luggage up multiple flights of stairs, through several corridors and doors, and then up even more stairs before reaching the room. By the end of it, it genuinely felt like we were Cinderella being locked away in the attic. It was quite a trek and certainly not ideal after a long journey. It would also be particularly difficult for anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage.
We also experienced problems with the toilet flush. The flush button frequently jammed and the toilet often required multiple flushes before it worked properly, which became frustrating throughout our stay.
A smaller but still noticeable inconvenience was the lack of plug sockets or charging ports near the beds. It’s not a major issue, but having somewhere convenient to charge phones overnight is something most guests would expect nowadays.
Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable as expected, and I’ve had positive experiences here in the past. However, the room location and maintenance issues made this stay less enjoyable than previous visits.

"Honest review."
I recently stayed at the Premier Inn in Kenton and unfortunately my experience fell below expectations.
On arrival, there was no one available at reception to check us in, and we were left waiting for quite some time before anyone appeared.
The room itself was not particularly clean, and the shower had very poor water pressure, making it difficult to use comfortably. In addition, the room was booked for three people, but only one bath towel and one hand towel had been provided.
The evening meal was also disappointing from a service perspective. We waited a considerable amount of time to be seated and were largely ignored, eventually having to approach the bar ourselves. When the server asked whether we had any allergies and I advised that we did, he visibly huffed and audibly groaned. This reaction made me feel uncomfortable and reluctant to discuss what should be a routine dietary requirement.
There was also a lengthy wait for our food. To be fair, when it arrived it was hot and tasted perfectly acceptable.
Overall, while there were some positives regarding the food itself, the lack of attentiveness, poor customer service, and issues with the room meant the stay did not meet the standard I would normally expect from a Premier Inn.
Location wise: it is very close to transport links such as the tube and bus stops.

"Nice room but poor WiFi lets it down"
The room was spacious and clean, though the bathroom was a bit cramped. The bed was large and comfortable, but was let down by cheap pillows. The WiFi was weak, and only worked when I held my device next to the door. The hotel is located next to a railway line, so there is noise from passing trains. The breakfast was good, though could've been warmer.

"A Brand in Decline"
Stayed over Saturday might after Championship playoff final at Wembley. Well placed for short tube ride ( used Northwick Park). Parking spaces limited and very tight bays upon arrival at around 1-00. Friendly staff and we had a family room in the annex. This was next to rail line so having to have window open due to no working aircon on hottest day of the year isn’t good. We were rationed to one pillow each for some reason and no one to ask being in the annex. Room clean but tired. The Beefeater needs a deep clean and smelled grubby. Had lunch and dinner there pre and post match as eateries limited in the area. If you don’t like fried food it’s salad or lasagne pretty much. Breakfast was decent and again great staff.
