London Harrow hotel

Great room, very clean and quiet, really friendly staff. Rosalia was really lovely and helpful. Stayed for 1 night and it was great value for money.

Location was amazing only pro forthis hotel. it felt very dirty and grubby i had to go to sainburys and get cleaning stuff to wipe around finger prints and strains i understand its a well used hotel for wembley and thats why you dont take pride in the hotel but for the price you charge a lick of paint wouldnt go a miss iv stopped in so many Premier inn and none of them have been this low standed

Great location for tube and Wembley. Staff polite and friendly. Room nice and clean with super comfy beds. Good air con. Sirloin steak really good 😊

The hotel itself, room & staff were lovely. But then we move onto the restaurant in the morning. Our lovely hotel staff let us know that if we were undecided we could pay for our breakfast in the morning. We arrive at the restaurant to be holla-ed over to a table across the room. I politely let the lady know that we needed to pay for our breakfast still and she snaps back saying ‘no we aren’t taking you then’. I explain how the hotel staff let us know that we could pay for our breakfast in the morning, or how I was happy to go back to pay downstairs. She says ‘we aren’t taking you, we are clearly busy. I keep telling them we won’t do that and they can if they want to come and help us with it.’. We left immediately. Whether they were able to help us out with a table, or if it wasn’t possible - manners and a polite manor are free. Her attitude was disgraceful, and genuinely ruined our stay. She was working on 5th July with blonde hair in a plait and a stripy top. We genuinely won’t ever use this hotel again due to this. If we were told in a polite manner they couldn’t sort it out for us, we would have moved on with no issue. But if this restaurant have staff with that kind of attitude, i’d be surprised if anyone eats there again. Cherry on the cake was getting in the lift with some others who’d just eaten there, who overheard the conversation with her and said of it makes us feel better, she was also rude to them, and the food tasted like it was made in a dirty oven. It’s not good enough. I’m never one to write a review, but this was just disgraceful to be honest.

Stayed for one night for Harry Styles concert at Wembley. Location great as the tube station is 2 mins away and ten mins away from Wembley Central station. The price is crazy for one night in this below average premier inn £288. A Basic room that was in the annex. Smelt of damp. Mould on the back of the bathroom door. Bed very uncomfortable. Pillows also terrible. And to top it off the train noise is crazy. Yes it is mentioned but it actually sounds like they are coming in the room. Hotel is in desperate need of updating. Piles of sheets left in the hallways for the whole time we were there. Yes it’s London but that doesn’t mean that the price shouldn’t reflect the state of the place.
