    "Avoid at all costs!!"
The worst premier inn I have stayed in! Don’t be fooled by the lovely description of a ‘beautiful leafy suburb’ more like a ghetto high street, graffiti everywhere, signs up to tell you there are thieves in the area and a car park that is not even secured! Our room looked out onto a wall, and the WiFi was appalling for a hotel in the capital. I have only given it a 2 star because the room was adequate and the staff friendly, but I definitely wouldn’t stay here again, I was travelling with my daughter and just felt unsafe!
    "great stay, perfect for Wembley!"
stayed here as we were going to the Blackpink concert at Wembley. Perfect location as northbound tube on way back from Wembley and only two stops to Northwick Park underground station. I don’t normally write reviews but having been worried after booking this and seeing some dodgy reviews, decided to write one in the interest of fairness. Room was immaculate. You can’t beat the comfort of a premier inn bed and pillow! Room was very quiet, didn’t hear a train once. Sink plug wouldn’t come out, hotel came to sort it within minutes of our arrival. Reception staff very welcoming and lovely. Breakfast was perfect and served till 11 on Saturdays which suited us, along with the nice checkout time of 12pm. Thanks for the lovely stay! Beefeater looked a bit tired but was fine inside and the bar staff were friendly. If you want ten star luxury, The Ritz and Claridges probably have space for about ten times the cost!
"Comfy bed but lacking in basic requirements in the room"
There are no plugs near the bed for breathing machines and there is no phone in the room to ring reception. The iron we asked reception for kept tripping the electricity in the room. No rubber mat for bath while having a shower and no phone to ring reception when you are already in the shower🫣😌
"Falks below usual Premier inn standards."
Run down and tired, below usual standard of a Premier inn. Corridors cluttered with dirty bedding throughout the duration of stay. The free Internet is useless, paid for £5 for ultimate and still too poor to connect to work servers or stream TV. The paid Internet isn't good enough to offer for free! £9.40 charge for parking in an insecure car park as a guest, total insult! Breakfast was very poor, not what would be offered to none guest paying customers and it shows. Low quality ingredients, very greasy and left out under heat lamps turned to leather. The fried eggs were like what you would find in a joke shop, like rubber with an actual hard skin over the yolk.
"Much Better Than the Bad Reviews"
The Hotel is in a convenient location, in Harrow next to numerous shops, restaurants and a Sainsbury’s. We stayed here for a night whilst attending a religious function. The staff were welcoming, with numerous guests at the hotel, many of whom were attending the Oasis concert. There was plenty of parking, which as stated on the website is chargeable. You pay for it the next day. We had two rooms, which were located in a separate building. It was close to a train line, however, we slept well. The room however did feel a tad tired, although was in keeping with Premier Inn’s standards, including cleanliness. The air cooling system worked well, and in one of our rooms, there was a fan provided. We didn’t have Breakfast during our stay. Overall, a Classic Premier Inn, which could do with a bit of a refresh.
