"Good hotel but lacks carpark security."
A great location. Comfy rooms and beds but sadly lacking security for their carpark. We had our vehicle broken into along side others on sunday night.
Advised the carpark was a Hotspot for this activity. We were told Site have security cameras ??

"Lovely little hotel stay and wonderful staff"
We have stayed here before. Its a great base for London. We had an issue with the toilet in our room but the lady on reception was lovely and moved us to another room only a few doors down, we were happy with this. Frank in the breakfast restaurant is so happy and helpful. Its sad the restaurant was closing and so many were looking for other jobs. I have seen the hotel may close which is a shame because we always enjoy staying here. Rooms are air conditioned which was lovely in the August heat! Breakfast was plentiful and the staff friendly and helpful.

"Felt like an afterthought"
Many issues with the room which should have been picked up by staff when cleaning. Mould smell upon entering, issues with damp and mould on the bedroom wall, shower mixer leaking with water coming out under the bath and onto the floor, spare pillows had hair on them and orange marks on the pillow case, only one bath towel between two guests. Room was next to the train line which shook the walls as the train went past.
I could understand being given the room if the hotel was fully booked but I doubt it was, I shouldn’t have to go back to reception to complain about issues that were present before I entered the room. Considering the above, I wouldn’t stay here again. There was nobody at the desk on check out to report the issues to, there was a bell to ring but at check out time there should be someone manning the desk.

Friendly staff. Bathroom needs some redecoration. A lot of noise from the entrance door. It banged everything someone went in or out of the building
