"Below average in need of updating"
Stayed for one night for Harry Styles concert at Wembley. Location great as the tube station is 2 mins away and ten mins away from Wembley Central station. The price is crazy for one night in this below average premier inn £288. A Basic room that was in the annex. Smelt of damp. Mould on the back of the bathroom door. Bed very uncomfortable. Pillows also terrible. And to top it off the train noise is crazy. Yes it is mentioned but it actually sounds like they are coming in the room.
Hotel is in desperate need of updating. Piles of sheets left in the hallways for the whole time we were there. Yes it’s London but that doesn’t mean that the price shouldn’t reflect the state of the place.

"Great hotel, great staff!!"
Great hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable, despite the 28 degree + heat. On site parking is a real bonus for us.
Hopefully with will not be one that they choose to close down along with the Beefeater next door - it would be a crying shame to lose this as it is convenient for Wembley Park and other locations via the Met line. Thank you for a lovely stay.

"The best Premier Inn"
I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Premier Inn during my recent trip to London. From the moment I arrived, everything felt a cut above the usual. The cleanliness was genuinely five‑star, with the room and communal areas looking spotless throughout my stay.
Speaking of the room, I was honestly taken aback by the size – it was the largest Premier Inn room I’ve ever stayed in, which is a rare luxury in central London. Plenty of space to unwind after long days exploring the city.
The staff were brilliant too. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful and made the place feel welcoming.
Breakfast was another highlight. The range of food was huge and everything tasted delicious, from the cooked options to pastries and fruit. A perfect start before heading out for the day.
The location couldn’t be more convenient. Being extremely close to tube stations made getting around London effortless.
Overall, this stay exceeded expectations in every way, and it was definitely worth the money we paid for the room.

"Great stay"
Lovely clean room. Had everything needed. Staff were warm and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Easy rail links just around the corner and over the bridge. Very well lit and felt very safe arriving late evening on arrival, and returning near midnight during the stay.

"great value with good travel links"
If you are doing London, with an eye on value for money, the Harrow premier inn is an excellent choice. I suggest you compare Harrow prices with more central premier inns. It is located 35 minutes from Euston train station, using the lioness overground from Kenton overground/underground combined station. The underground is on the bakerloo line, with a few stops to Wembley stadium. It has great links to many of the other underground lines, and train stations such as Paddington, Euston and Waterloo.
It is in a relatively quiet area, and has a restaurant attached, with a few takeaway shops nearby, and a supermarket close by. An oystercard is a great choice for both underground and overground travel, as it has a capped daily travel limit. Going to the Transport for London (tfl) website will allow you to assess the various cards available, and plan your journeys. AI is also a great tool to give you travel choices, along with an idea of travel time. For example it worked out how to get from Kenton, to gatwick airport, giving my a number of choices, and estimated time required. Only downside might be the proximity the rail and underground train noise for light sleepers.
