    "better than expected."
    Close to the train station, the room was good and the bed was comfortable. The free wifi didn’t work, the bathroom was nice the shower worked but needs fixing as not all the water comes out the shower and the pressure is low. Good value for money. The trains go quite close to the hotel so if the window is open its a bit noisy, not a problem for us. The biggest annoyance was having to Walt across the road to reception every time we needed the aircon turned on or off. There is a display in the room but its controlled from reception. The reception was open 24hours which is excellent.

    Amazing experience, nice clean and large rooms, quiet and breakfast was warm and scrumptious, slept really well and service was great too

    Cars stolen from the parking lot - 2 in 1 week Broken car barrier Filthy room Aircon not working Kept awake all night by illegal activities in the room above Hotel is an UTTER DIVE Left the hotel early - not safe nor clean zero sleep - so no refund for the second night because I didn't test my son out for another lost nights sleep because (quote) "it might not have been the same people staying above you the second night, you didn't try it" KAITLYN customer service advisor is a stuck up, lying, arrogant, rude, impolite child with the worst customer service skills I have EVER come across. TALKS OVER YOU and threatens to terminate the call when you try to get a word in. Thankfully she agreed that the call was being recorded her end - so fingers crossed she will get some much needed training or (hopefully) a terminated contract. Clearly a very troubled young lady with attention and antagonistic issues. KAITLYN was happy for me to write a negative review - here you go kaitlyn :) SARAH (manager at customer services - last name refused) is a coward - wouldn't speak to me after asking TWICE and failed a promised call back the same day - (had to ask over 10 times) - after I asked not to deal with Kaitlyn because she was so rude. KAITLYN refused to let me know what the address was to write a written complaint (what!?), and tried to con me into accepting an offer from her in relation to the second night - giving me half the information. I would religiously use premier inn 4/5 times a year to stay in London - never ever again, purely based on the disgusting way my complaint was handled by Kaitlyn the cat (miaow) and Sarah the coward.

    My partner and I stayed here the night before we were going to see Oasis. Location - brilliant. Couldn’t fault it for getting to and from Wembley and London city centre. Food - cannot comment as we did not have any. We asked if we could decide on breakfast the following morning but was told they don’t take walk ins and we had to decide the night before so we didn’t bother. Cleanliness - absolutely horrific. On first glance it seems okay. Standard. On further inspection, the carpets were filthy, the curtains had what appeared to be vomit stains on them, there was blood splattered on the bathroom ceiling and dried blood/faecal matter on the towels. There was also mould in the bathroom. The hygiene was shocking and quite frankly a health hazard, really breaching all sorts of health and safety. Staff - on arrival the staff member was polite but limited interactions. On checking out, it was the manager and we raised our concerns to which he barely listened to or demonstrated any interest and provided a card to give feedback. Parking - we pre booked via the your parking app, and very reasonable in price. Barrier was up so not sure how secure it is but there is cctv cameras (again uncertain if these work) and ample parking that suited us. I would not be inclined to stay again, I felt sick after witnessing the filth and have attached photos. I have submitted feedback to premier inn and of course have not heard anything back.

    I have stayed here several times (Premier Inn, Kenton Road, Harrow). The staff are extremely polite and helpful. The check-in process is usually very quick. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. Most of the rooms I have stayed in previously, generally, have a good layout. Only one or two rooms had layouts that were not optimal. I have also had dinner at the adjoining restaurant a few times. Again the staff are helpful and polite. Food is good quality. The location is close to Kenton station and close to sainsburys too.
