"Example of sound stay."
What an exmplery service from hotel staff. The support, advice and help that I have received from Mrs Indu Thapa throughout my stay was top nodge and trust me I visited a lot all over the world. The commitment and professionalism that I have evidenced from Mrs Thapa was all dedicated to the hotel prestige progression. I will definitely meet Mrs Thapa on my next stay.

Comfortable room very clean great and excellent value for money Excellent breakfast very smiley friendly staff especially Migma seharun inpu Brought me fresh poached eggs that were perfectly cooked thank you chef We use this hotel several times a year for sporting events Would definitely recommend

New refurbed rooms are very nice and a great improvement. Some have not been done yet. Have found staff very helpful and good prompt service in the restaurant

Our room had recently had a re-fit and was in great condition. very good finish, all very clean and tidy, no issues. Bed was very comfortable, room was very quite, A great nights sleep. Had breakfast in the morning which has a good range of options, pretty good value considering a coffee and croissant in a coffee shop can cost you nearly £8.
