"Rather disappointing hotel, not worth the money (around GBP 160 a night including poor breakfast)"
Rather disappointing hotel: not a modern Premier Inn as we expected: friendly but under-staffed, poor expensive continental breakfast, not clean bathroom, rooms not cleaned unless specifically requested, an ongoing renovation (which we were not told about during the booking). Small TV with poor BBC reception, horrible view on a dingy courtyard. Good soft bed and close to the Central Line.
"Fantastic stay and lovely staff"
We had an amazing experience at the Hanger Lane Premier Inn. The staff, Giaurav, Faiyaz and Rexi went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. (I can't eat after 6pm so they opened the kitchen early for us). The room was spotless and comfortable, and the bed was incredibly cozy, perfect for a great night's sleep. The location is perfect and this is our go to place when coming to London. Check-in was smooth, and the food was delicious and great value. For quality, service and comfort Hanger Lane Premier Inn delivers it all.. Highly recommended and look forward to our next visit. Andie and Vee

I visited Premier Inn for dinner and I got customer excellent service from Rexii, she was very kind and respectful. It was a pleasure to get served by her as she was very efficient.

Varsigans service was 10/10!!! helped me with food and made sure my stay was great! had an amazing sleep there too and varsigan got me an extra pillow!!! will definately be going back
"Perfect"
I had one of the best experiences at a hotel ever and it was all due to one employee called Varsigan. The energy, vibes and happiness he brought was unmatched, it didn’t matter what mood I was in when I saw him, he was able to change the trajectory of my whole day. Any company would die for such an employee, I am pleasantly surprised and will recommend everyone to stay here.
