London Hanger Lane hotel

*The good stuff:* *Location*: Not far from Wembley at all. Super convenient for events/gigs. *Parking*: £15 overnight, first come first serve. We had no issues getting a space. *Room*: Spacious, air conditioning worked great, very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. Couldn’t hear any outside noise thanks to the excellent blackout curtains. *Staff*: All wonderful. Special shoutout to the lady on checkout yesterday afternoon — she was manning the bar and check-in all by herself and still kept everything running smoothly. Never a queue, always friendly. *Check-in*: Lots of seats while we waited for the room. Option to leave bags in the safe room which was handy. *Breakfast*: Excellent the next morning. So much choice, lots of tables, everything clean. Staff were busy cleaning and serving but still took time to chat. *Little extras*: We mentioned we were going to Harry Styles and they even printed us a help sheet with bus/tube directions. That kind of service goes a long way. No complaints at all. Great base for Wembley, and the staff made it feel way more personal than your average chain hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Over in London for a Wembley Stadium concert, did 1 night stay, hotel on Hanger Lane was easy to find, congested waiting to get room check in at 3pm, but room excellent, staff helpful & breakfast super 👌

Me and my friend came for the Harry Styles concert. Great location to Wembley. Nice clean room. Easy check in. Staff were very friendly at breakfast especially Indu and Migmg.

Great start of the day with very kind welcome from Indu after a good night sleep. Amazing view on illuminated Wembley Stadium Reception staff went above and beyond to sort out a mistake from Premier Inn Customers Service, while having a fully booked hotel... Not a small feast at all! Great location with safe parking!

We arrived and paid for early check in but we only arrived at 2pm which is 1 hour before normal check in. So you would think the room would be ready! No, the first room we got shown to was having work done to it, so back down to reception. They did apologize and got us another room (fare enough) the second room, the window was broken. You could open it very wide (the window says on it “will not open for safety”) the show also leaked all other the floor (which coincidentally that was what they was fixing in the first room) I understand that it might be a very busy hotel but too many things are being overlooked. The only reason I stayed here was because it was close to Wembley Stadium. There are plenty of other hotels closer, I’ll stay there next time. Very disappointing
