"Fantastic stay and lovely staff"
We had an amazing experience at the Hanger Lane Premier Inn. The staff, Giaurav, Faiyaz and Rexi went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. (I can't eat after 6pm so they opened the kitchen early for us). The room was spotless and comfortable, and the bed was incredibly cozy, perfect for a great night's sleep. The location is perfect and this is our go to place when coming to London. Check-in was smooth, and the food was delicious and great value. For quality, service and comfort Hanger Lane Premier Inn delivers it all.. Highly recommended and look forward to our next visit. Andie and Vee
"Excellent Customer Service"
I visited Premier Inn for dinner and I got customer excellent service from Rexii, she was very kind and respectful. It was a pleasure to get served by her as she was very efficient.

Varsigans service was 10/10!!! helped me with food and made sure my stay was great! had an amazing sleep there too and varsigan got me an extra pillow!!! will definately be going back

I had one of the best experiences at a hotel ever and it was all due to one employee called Varsigan. The energy, vibes and happiness he brought was unmatched, it didn’t matter what mood I was in when I saw him, he was able to change the trajectory of my whole day. Any company would die for such an employee, I am pleasantly surprised and will recommend everyone to stay here.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel they have clean rooms and convenient location . But what truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional service from all employee and especially Varsigan. Everyone was professional, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. Varsigan went above and beyond at every turn.You can tell he takes pride in his work.Highly recommend this hotel
