London Hanger Lane hotel

The stay was wonderful. Migma was very pleasant and helpful. The Manger, Cajetan ensured we had a good experience.

First time I’ve stopped here. I arrived by bus and the stop is a minute walk away tops, the same can be said for the Hanger Lane Tube Station. Quick automated check-in, worked first time. The room was clean and comfortable, very typical of a Premier Inn. It was one of the modern-furnished rooms from the Premier Inn. I’d definitely stay here again because of the convenience of public transport as well as the quality of room and price.

The breakfast staff on the morning shift were extremely welcoming and friendly. I would particularly like to thank Seharun Khatun for her outstanding assistance during checkout. She explained everything clearly about breakfast and was very helpful, professional, and courteous throughout my stay. I certainly choose Premier Inn Hanger Lane hotel on my next visit.

We chose this particular premier inn as is was much cheaper than the more central ones but still on an accessible tube line. Tube station is across the very busy road (via the subway). Its 30 minutes from the centre of London which was a bit longer than I'd hoped. It meant we didn't pop back to the room at any point in the day so the days were long and exhausting but packed with fun. Hotel was immaculate with very friendly staff. We had a minor issue with a noisy air con unit, after reporting it, it was dealt with immediately. Food was fairly standard but no complaints. Would definitely stay again if needing a cheaper room than central London.

We stay at this hotel regularly when visiting family, so we've seen it through various stages over the years. On previous visits it had started to look a little tired, which is understandable given how busy the hotel is. However, on this visit it was clear that significant refurbishment work has taken place, and the improvements have made a real difference. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The whole hotel felt fresher and more inviting than on previous stays. We also noticed that there seemed to be more staff around, and every member of the team we encountered was friendly, welcoming and happy to help. Nothing was too much trouble, which really enhanced our experience. A special mention goes to Migma in the breakfast area, who gave us a warm welcome each morning and made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent customer service like this really stands out. We're delighted to see the positive changes and will certainly continue to stay here whenever we're visiting family. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
