"Outstanding Hotel 5*"
What an amazing place to stay. It is a credit to the design team, staff, chefs, and warm welcome from everyone. It compares to many 5 star international hotels I have stayed in throughoutmy life. We loved every minute of our stay. The management and staff should be very proud of their achievements. The rooms were comfortable, clean, well designed and functional. The only very minor observation, some water glasses would have been nice on top of the tea/coffee mugs. This an outstanding product and market leading example to everyone else on how things should be done to deliver a 5* hotel. đŸ‘đŸ‘đŸ‘đŸ‘đŸ‘đŸ‘đŸ€©đŸ˜đŸ‘
"All of the comforts of home and then some"
The Premier Inn, Hampstead was a delightful home away from home. Very friendly, engaging and attentive staff, Carl in the morning at breakfast and Alicja in the afternoon. We plan to return again and again whenever we visit our daughter and her family!
"Thank you to a lovely team"
All of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. I unfortunately didn't see their names. A lady met me at the check in and made sure I was happy. She explained the parking to me. The barman took photos for my group, and made sure to take a great shot. The next morning, our dietary needs were accommodated without issue. And the wait staff were very kind and joined in our conversation.
"Another great stay at this excellent premier inn"
Another good stay at this hotel even had a nice view of London from our high floor. Clean tidy, friendly staff and with a tube station a short walk away its an ideal base for London. However we stayed local a short walk are two great pubs and some shops. Will definitely stay again.
"Convenient Location! Clean and friendly staff."
Located on one of the few flat streets in Hampstead so you don't have to tote your heavy suitcase uphill when you get out of the tube! Only a block up from Belsize Park tube station on the northern line. The lobby is so relaxing! On a nice day, the terrace is great, too. As ever, the hallways are quiet and the hotel is clean and well maintained. Clean, modern rooms, good sized shower with good lighting (I find a lot of hotel showers have no light near them!) and coffee amenities. Convenient high street, plenty to eat and shop for and a laundromat at the other end of this street. I haven't used it yet but I plan to.
