"Fantastic atmosphere"
We used the facilities of the hotel here for breakfast and an evening meal whilst staying in London at Travelodge as their prices are high for what you get. Staff very friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The manager had got his sleeves rolled up and was mucking in on breakfast service greeting guests and cleaning tables. The food quality was fantastic on both occasions and breakfast was always full and hot, a huge choice and very reasonable prices for London. The format of the dining facilities is very welcoming and a great setup, be great to see this in more Premier Inns. It was fantastic for a lively summer's morning to sit in the terrace to have breakfast in the sun watching the world go by. Easily accessible, a 2 minute walk from Belsize tube station with amenities near by. Will defiantly be staying here next time we are in London as great location and service was amazing! Also cleanliness from what we saw was second to none.
"Perfectly good enough"
Good, clean and tidy hotel, with perfectly adequate if small rooms, in an excellent location. I booked one room on booking.com and probably overpaid. On the day of arrival, after checkin, I went straight to the premier inn website and booked directly. It may have been the only room left at that time, but I saved myself over £100. Another tip, be careful, as I booked a twin room and they gave me a double.
"Great hotel!"
Probably my best stay at a Premier Inn. Lovely and clean, easy self check-in. And so quiet! We weren't disturbed by any guest noise, which can be so irritating when you've had or are about to have, a long journey. Will definitely come back and recommend to others. Thank you.
"Rubbish car park and guest relations"
Car park machine did not work, car park app did not work, staff at hotel advised it was a common problem and I could just put £20 in the GOSH charity bucket which I duly did only to get a £100 parking ticket later from Park Maven ! I wrote to Premier Inn Guest relations who have not addressed or resolved the issue Completely useless non existent service and rip off parking at the hotel

3 minutes walk from Belsize Park Station, large and cleany room, very comfortable beds, Several bus stops in the sorrounding areas.
