Checking in has been made even easier too. When you arrive for your hotel stay, simply scan your QR code at a check-in kiosk, pay using your payment card if you haven’t already pre-paid online and pick up your room key. "Summer breeze at PI HH"
Different PI to our past London visits. A refreshing change. Short Tube ride from St Pancras International. <5 min walk from Belsize Park station. ~10 min walk to Hampstead Heath and lovely walk there, some public swimming in the pond is an option. Residential area and a small high street. PI opened their bar/restaurant outwards to attract local custom, It felt like a part of the town. Tables outside with purple light theme. Nice to sit and chat in the 2025 sunshine. We had dinner, nice curry but we did not eat breakfast to expensive now PI. Lunch menu also an option. PI staff friendly, they seemed to cover hotel and restaurant duties together seamlessly. We enjoyed walking around Camden Town on our journey to PI. Only a couple of Tube stops prior. Standard rooms style. This building has the bathroom door opening outwards which made the bathroom slightly smaller. Still ample room but gave better space to the bedroom area. Bathroom had a bath and shower. PI need to give their customer a towel each! We stayed on floor 1 so easy walk using stairs. Lifts are available. There was a car park from our window view. It appeared to be pay and display. Not sure of costs and the location would definitely attract the congestion charge zone. But an option for next time. No pool.
"We had a great stay."
We had a great stay here for 2 nights. Our room was very comfortable, clean, with good facilities and was also very quiet at night. All the common areas in the hotel were well kept. The breakfast was very good and the bar was nice too. The staff we met were all friendly and helpful. Booking and check-in/out processes were all very efficient. Location of the hotel is fabulous with an Underground station a short walk away and bus stop close by. Hampstead is also a lovely area to explore. Would definitely go back there again. Thank you.
"Great stay"
Very pleased all round. The hotel is in an excellent location almost opposite Belsize Park tube. Hampstead village and Heath, plus Belsize Square are minutes away. I had a premier room, these rooms are large with extras such as a coffee machine and fridge and an easy chair. The hotel is spotless and the meal deal which includes breakfast and dinner is good value. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. A good base from which to explore this attractive area, and only 20 mins on the tube from central London.
"Racist manager and extremely unfriendly, unhelpful and rude"
Requested a change to room or layout due to it being all lined up and having two children and a newborn it was impractical. Manager on shift said if I didn’t like it I could leave. He was shouting at me and was extremely rude. I felt discriminated against due to wearing a hijab. He had already been watching me dubiously when I was waiting to speak with him, and he just shut me down when I tried to explain how the layout wasn’t safe for the kids. One of the beds was on the corner of the wooden headboard and he was just not interested in helping.

Clean well decorated hotel. Comfortable, lovely restaurant. Careful how you ask for more towels, as you may get a rude response and swearing out of earshot. The most friendly and helpful member of staff was the maintenence chap, who was exremely helpful for ordering eggs at breakfast, taking in our luggage on the last day for storage.
