"Can be a good value decent hotel"
I have stayed here many times. The hotel is a little dated and could use some upgrades but I have always felt that it was safe, clean, and comfortable, so when it is a good value I am fine to stay. On this occasion I did experience some issues with my room and my key and unfortunately they were not resolved satisfactorily but I do not want that to reflect on my general stay here. I wish that there was more of an option to report problems locally rather than on a public app, but that seems to be my only choice.
"Great for a busy London stay"
Not my first choice as my usual was booked up but a good stay for access to West London. I was very pleased with this new find 5 minutes to the tube and then onto the museums and sightseeing. Great staff and very quiet with comfortable beds.
    "Happy"
I come to the bar and Kent and Shalin Are very welcoming and help me with currecny so i understand and insist to help me with whatever i ask they make me very satisfied
"Needs refurbished, not to the standard of any of the others I've stayed in"
This was the worst Premier Inn I have stayed in by far. It is very old and dated and clearly in need of refurbishment. The first room I was given had a horrendous smell of rotten eggs/sewage but thankfully the lady on reception quickly moved us. No smell in new room but despite bathroom being cleaned it still looked grotty. Silicone and some other white material trying to disguise problems, shower curtain that had seen better days, bath yellowed and chipped etc. The room has no sockets near the beds, very dim, orangey lighting and I could hear the man next door snoring. The staff at this hotel were excellent and despite having far too many roles to fulfil at once were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good. I have stayed in lots of different premier inns around the UK and always assumed there was a minimum standard you could expect with them. I know some are older than others but this was a step too far back in time!
"No fuss, perfect for post concert slumber"
2nd time staying here after a concert at Wembley Stadium. Yes it looks like a tower block, yes it’s a bit tired but the room was perfectly clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy. Air conditioning was very efficient. Booked breakfast was great, usual help yourself which is always better and convenient. Perfectly reasonable price wise for London
