    "Needs a good clean"
    Very outdated bathroom awful very dirty mouldy and needs a good clean Sealant needs changing bed awful I was dipped and have a bad back
    "Dated, Aircon broken"
    The hotel looks dated and tatty on the outside. Not bad inside around reception/restaurant and corridors but room especially bathroom dated. Poor bathroom lighting especially over bath. Aircon didn't work yet we weren't told this, but the fan left running and temps of 27°-28° gave a clue. Tried to reset the Aircon but it continually failed. 28° when we checked out, it was 20° outside. Breakfast buffet was great. Reception not manned except when someone came over as we tried to auto check in. Didn't see anyone there after that to discuss the room temperature. Good Night Guarantee claim submitted. Wouldn't stay in this Premier Inn again.

    Stayed at the Ravenscourt hotel a few times over the years and it’s excellent for location. Rooms decent enough, you won’t spend too much time in them. Samuel was fab at checkin and breakfast. Lovely to chat to and hard working. I’d go back knowing he would be there and take care of any needs we had as he did this time.
    "Tired hotel."
    Worn down hotell. Only way to fix it,is to tear it down. No of the working people know how to give good service, or how to smile. Shower was only hot or cold. Toilett must be pumped mann times to flush. Mould on showerhead. Manager was not helpful, more like looking down on us. Only good ting was location and the lady who did clean or room.
    "Needs updating"
    The room is very small for a family room. It’s cramped especially getting in and out of the bathroom. There aren’t bedside tables on both sides of the bed. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is what you expect and provided GF toast on request. Ravenscourt is in need off a refurbishment, to bring it up-to the premier inn standard expected. It’s a great position very close to the station to explore London.
