"Needs an upgrade but not as bad as the other reviews on here make it seem!!"
I think some of the reviews on here are very harsh for this hotel and did concern me before our visit. For context we stayed for two nights as a base for a concert at Wembley.
I am not quite sure what some of the reviews were excepting but for £200 in London with breakfast for two people for two nights I think this hotel was great.
Is it outdated? Yes. Is it cheap and cheerful? Yes. Is it a bog standard premier inn? Yes. You get what you pay for.
We stayed on the 8th floor and our room was well equipped with air con and was very quiet and clean. Bed was same comfort you would expect with any premier inn. We had breakfast both mornings as these were exactly as you’d hope. The second night we also had food at the restaurant in the hotel and this was lovely for the price. Staff were more than helpful
With a tube station a 5 minute walk away to then be in central London within 20 minutes I would say it is good value for money.

"Lovely staff, disappointing hotel"
The hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment and I was surprised at just how old and shabby the whole place was.
By far the best thing about it is the helpful and friendly staff, especially Adina, who was so kind to my daughter and I and really made our day with her positive and friendly manner.

"Good reasonable stay for what you are paying"
The best thing I can say is I've stop at many premier inns and the is one of two I stopped at that I would recommend, the staff are fantastic and friendly the food is good it's not oat cuisine but you're not paying for it ,you definitely get what you are paying for, the rooms are a little worn but your not stopping at the Ritz get over it , it's compatible and the AC works lovely 😍 I would recommend this premier inn without thought, I would say premier inn hanger lane is the total opposite to this review
Don't believe me go and stay and see

"Excellent and lovely staff!"
We love this premier inn and is our third time staying here. The location is brilliant and the staff are lovely. A special shout out to Aneena who was particularly lovely to us and our girls. Although it’s not the newest premier Inn, the views are great, beds comfortable and it’s great and clean. I highly recommend!

"Wonderfull because of asiha"
Lovely hotel, good area. We have been staying here for business for 5 weeks and a further five weeks to go. Our host asiha is an absolute diamond. Really helped with payment troubles after our boss hadnt paid business card. A really helpful lady and a tribute to your ravenscourts branch in hammersmith. Top job.
