"Outdated Rooms"
The hotel was outdated.
The room was poor with dust on carpets, broken ceiling panels, mould on the curtains.
The bathroom was also very outdated with a tiny bath and poor shower pressure.
Location was good and views of London were amazing!

Friends getaway
"Overnight Stay"
Had a brief overnight stay due to a National Dance Final. Hotel was in great location opposite theatre and checkin was quick and straightforward.
As we drove we had to pay for parking at the hotel which I felt was reasonable for London.
Staff were friendly particularly Maria who assisted us with the parking and extending the time for a couple of hours whilst we were watching our daughters in the finals.
