    "Least Premier, Premier Inn"
Least premier, premier inn I’ve ever stayed in. Disgusting (like actually dirty) and small bathroom. Tiny bedroom. A TV that didn’t work, then did and would turn on at random times at night. Told us we could move rooms then wouldn’t let us after we’d packed back up. Staff never apologised for these issues when they were addressed, they just stood and stared at us. VERY THIN walls. I’d only recommend staying here if you were having an affair.
"Little changes and it would of been perfect"
The hotel had everything we needed , the room was a little cramped for 4 people (a family 2 adults & 2 Children). The toilet tissue dispenser was situated in the wrong location as the children could not reach it. All the beds apart from 1 was comfy. The carpark price was very expensive. Overall the stay was acceptable and what we needed during our stay in London.
"Nice place to stay for more than a week."
Everything was fabulous. I stayed there for 16 days, before I get to my own house. All the staff made there like a home for me. Maria was so welcoming and friendly. She was so understanding and supportive in every situation. The breakfast had vegan options, so as a vegetarian I didn’t have any problem with eating. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to have a visit in London and wants to stay somewhere nice and budget friendly.
"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentiv"
The staffs who work there are nice and friendly. Room was nice and clean . It can be a bit small but nice . Everything was available
"Worst Premier Inn I've stayed in. Disappointed"
We stayed here 2 nights. Good location and 10 minutes walk to the Hammersmith tube station. Room was disappointing. I usually can't fault Premier Inn but this was the worst I've stayed in and the most I've paid (though that is to be expected given it's London). There were dubious stains and marks on the wall which looks like they had been there for ages. A badly repaired hole on the bathroom door and the shower head was blocked up with limescale. I reported the shower after the first morning and they changed the head that night and they did give us complimentary breakfast that day. The service we received I can't complain about. The bed was clean and comfortable too. But the state of the room was unacceptable. I get it's old and dated but it really needed to be cleaner.
