"The WORST Premier Inn I’ve even stayed in."
If you’re looking for your average Premier inn then DO NOT stay here. - The rooms are tiny and feel like cupboards. - The air con units are old, noisy and barely do anything. - Noise from other rooms and doors is horrendous. - No Plug Sockets next to the bed. It’s 2025 for gods sake. The whole building feels like a converted office and is not fit for purpose. I’ve visited many Premier Inns probably in the triple digits. And this is by far the WORST of them all.
"Great for the price, good location for tube"
Just back from a spontaneous trip to london. Premier inn ravenscourt was coming up cheapest so picked there and wasnt disappointed. Lovely bar area , family room was spacious and clean. Couple of minutes walk to the underground and a bus stop right outside. The only downside was the cost of parking at the hotel. It isnt owned by premier inn, you get a little discount when staying but was still very expensive (imo) for just over 24hrs (nearly £40). That said it is london! And we did save on the hotel price so evens out and saves the stress of sorting out seperate parking especially for last minute trips.
    "A dump"
Avoid this Premier Inn. Is it a dump- a converted office block with outdated bedrooms in a very poor state. Missing and cracked tiles in bathroom along with filthy grout and chipped bath, no plug in sink. Airless room was like a greenhouse. No aircon, filthy windows. Poor lighting - I could go on. Used to think all Premiers were the same. I’ve stayed in 50+ Premier Inns and this is definitely the worst.
    "It feels like an oven"
The hotel is dated and lacks effective climate control. The family room was unbearably hot. It needs a complete renovation to meet the standard of a Premier Inn.
    "Give it a miss"
Terrible hotel Staff don't want to hear your complaints about how bad and dirty the room was and the noise from other rooms
