"Awesome stay"
We stayed here for 12 days (with 4 Days trips to Scotland in between) and we were satisfied. Room was big and clean, bed was comfy, and location was great, just 5 minutes to Hammersmith station. Our first 6 days coincides with the tube strike and the proximity to Hammersmith station definitely helped ease the hassle, since plenty of bus went through there. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel too.
"Satisfied leisure stay at Premier Inn - London."
Good location - just 10 minute walk from Hammersmith tube, Well-sized room and bathroom, Super unlimited continental breakfast which was reasonably priced, Good value for money. Laundry replaced on request. Very comfy bed and pillows. Will surely visit again, in London or elsewhere.
"Uau"
Fantastic breakfast. Excellent location and cleanliness. There is no telephone in the room. If I need anything? If in all your hotels there is no longer a telephone in the room, let me know that I cancel the reservation already made. The TV remote was broken or the batteries were I told the front desk and I'm still waiting... In all previous stays in Premier Inn, since the duvet/blanket is too heavy for me, I ask for another one that I put sideways to cover only half the body and my wife uses the one of the bed covering herself completely. It was not given to me: the next morning I had sweated so much that the cleaner had to replace everything. I bought a lighter duvet from Westfield. At 4 or 5 a.m. I was sure that you recycle the glass: you could hear the glass being loaded onto the truck. They certainly recycle!!
"Location good but service needs to be improved"
The location is good. During the stay here, I found many tasks are not taken seriously and may let guests feel upset. For example, 1. The bedsheet is put on backwards. 2. The room needs to be reminded to be cleaned every day, otherwise it is assumed that no cleaning is needed, and it must be done in the morning of the same day, cannot be scheduled in advance. Personally think this is a waste of energy. Moreover, the cleaning company sometimes misses it (for this, a long-haired front desk staff handled it properly which really comforts guest’s upset.) 3. The pillow is smelly so I placed beside the bed, but on the second day the room was not provided with a new one. Feel it’s a waste of energy to communicate this kind of tiny thing. 4. Checked in for an extension but the room card could not be used, requiring to go back and forth to the front desk. 5. Sent a package, the item was at the front desk, but I had been asked to run around to check with neighbors first to find it. These can be understood, but they are frustrating. Hope some staff can improve their sense of responsibility and take your work seriously, as only with your great job, there will be a comfortable stay for guests.
"Interesting visit"
This was the first hotel we stayed at on our very first visit to the UK. The staff was generally very friendly and did their best to help us. We flew 11 hours to get there and got there earlier than we anticipated. This was around noon UK time check-in time was at 3 PM. The reception person was very adamant that we couldn’t check in until three, we checked checked our bags with them and walked around the local area for a little while. Being as we were tired from the flying, we came back and sat in the lobby for a couple of hours and watched several different groups. Check in prior to 3 PM. We finally asked if we could check in after a couple of hours and they agreed we could do that. They checked us initially into a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet by cleaning staff. They went back down to reception and we got a second room. The next day we were awoken by a maintenance man who was supposed to be working on that room the week we were there. He was not told that somebody was sleeping in that room. Needless to say that was a little frustrating as the start of our vacation in London. Other than that the meals, there were pretty good and the staff was friendly. Not sure that I would stay at a premier Inn again especially after different hotels and different areas were much better later in our visit.
