"Great stay. Would stay again."
Lovely hotel. Photos don't do it justice. Clean, spacious. Friendly staff. Would definitely visit again. AC oom was really great in the heatwave
"Pleasant stay."
We had a brief but pleasant stay at Premier Inn. We were attending the Apollo in the evening and this was extremely conveniently located. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were pleasant and accomodating. The air conditioning was a blessing as it was very hot when we stayed. The only downside was the train track running alongside our room, but I would request a different room next time.
"Good value for money"
We stayed overnight for a show at the Eventim Apollo (ie the Hammersmith Odeon), which is five minutes walk away. Although the area immediately around the hotel isn’t very attractive (mainly due to the flyover), since it is so close to Hammersmith tube station it would also be a great choice for a base if you are just visiting London as a tourist or for any other reason. The room was a decent size for two adults, clean and well laid out. The double bed was large and comfortable and the third bed was adequate. There were small stains on the bottom sheets of both beds but they were changed immediately upon request. There was no noise and we slept well. There was a TV, which we didn’t use, and a few USB sockets for charging phones etc. The only real niggle was that one of the plug sockets didn’t work. The bathroom was a fair size but the shower was over the bath and I found it to be quite narrow and slippery. Also, the water pressure was very poor. OK for one night but it might become annoying if you were staying longer. The open-plan lobby/bar/restaurant area on the ground floor is spacious. We had breakfast there and the buffet had everything you might want, and more besides. The quality was very good indeed. Overall this hotel provides very good value for money, is in a great location, and we will probably stay overnight again.
"Great experience"
Everywhere was clean and tidy, Bed was super comfortable. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Food was very good value mo eh too
"Excellent hotel"
Fantastic hotel. Close to two underground stations. We visited the Queens tennis and it was a short walk. Staff are really helpful- lovely bar area and restaurant. Very clean and modern- very comfortable bed. Breakfast was great and good value. You can leave your bags after checkout and collect later- they suggest charity donation but it was stressed to us that it was voluntary and there is no charge.
