"Price- value hotel for families"
Very comfy rooms with good breakfast (21 pounds for 2 people and kids eat free) (but no cheese and fresh vegetables) Very close to Hammersmith metro station (where 2 very good lines are pasaing day and night) - important for family vacation since you’ll not need to change metro to reach most places. Rooms cleaned and towels changes when requested- which seems to be a general approach for sustainability.
"Excellent Premier Inn in Hammersmith London"
Great value for money, excellent attentive staff who are always on the go especially at breakfast time Although a large roomed hotel breakfast is not chaotic as you might expect because all the staff are constantly checking the food on offer and replenishing where the need arises We tried the evening offer once at dinner but we weren’t overly impressed by the quality of the food as rather a limited menu is offered Breakfast compared to dinner excels all levels of quality and service A member of staff Aztas , a meeter and greeter at the dining room entrance made our stay He went the extra mile to ensure everyone’s needs were met and he had such a wonderful personality We would stay here again as location is good for underground travel with plenty of buses and taxis Taxis be aware are rather expensive at the moment and are due to many roadworks putting in a longer journey time Overall an excellent Premier Inn with excellent staff and good rates of room rates We always preferred taxis as London
"Good value for money but awful check-in (again)"
Premier Inn always a good job ensuring a standard experience. You know what you'll get. This is good value and pleasantly quiet nights sleep despite being near a main road. Very convenient for the Hammersmith Apollo. Room was clean and had all the facilities promised. However, the check experience seems to be consistently bad at their London hotels. The kiosks didn't work, I tried all of them. None work scan my QR code and the typing the booking number was laggy (like a computer of 30) years ago to be fair greeted by a vague apology error once I succeeded. Fortunately, my partner had joined the queue at desk concurrent to my efforts. So we only had to wait 20 minutes rather than 40. It is so annoying when everything else is so good to have this one aspect of staying at Premier Inns always so bad.
"Good value for money"
Great stay here for two nights whilst attending the Wimbledon tennis championships. 5 minutes walk from the tube, so easy to access any part of London Good price , which included a continental breakfast. Big hotel, but plenty of room at breakfast and lots of choice 5/10 walk from a good choice of restaurants. We didn’t eat in the hotel. Rooms were standard premier inn and kept clean. We were there on the hottest day of the year so far and the air con throughout the hotel was really appreciated. We were able to sleep well Staff were all friendly and efficient We would definitely return to use this hotel as a very reasonably priced base.
"Pleasant stay"
Stayed here for an event at Wembley. The Hammersmith tube is a five minute walk away and it doesn’t take too long to get to Wembley. Hotel is clean and lobby is spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room (255) was clean and the air con was fantastic in this heat. There’s plenty of plug sockets and also usb only sockets. Breakfast was lovely too and meals are reasonably priced. Would return as this is a great base to explore London. Cannot fault this hotel at all.
